The dresses are wonderful, delivery was fast, however I would like to return one item and am having no response as to how I commence the returns process. Please could you help.

Great selections for great prices! The website was easy to maneuver and offered a wide variety of outfits for all occasions.

This company’s customer service and return process is completely horrible and bad. I received two items I ordered however they are small on me. I tried to contact customer service by email several times and it took them 3-5 days to respond. And the worst part is they told me to choose two other items, keep the dress & pay additional $70.00 and that’s not right! Or return It by post office which cost a lot! Please be aware customers who are buying dresses from Missord online site, that you’ll go through a lot of hassle, pay extra for shipping more than what you paid for the dress.
This site is deceiving and should be investigated regarding their return policy. They must provide phone number to contact and address where to return an item.

I can't give a good rating, because I have been trying since 8/21/2024 for someone with customer service to respond to my emails, but as of today 8/26/2024 no responds.

Dress is beautiful heavier fabric than I thought .. fit is good but very long and needed to get it hemmed. Delivery was good came as stated on time.
