Hella -branded parts, made in China-
I dont expect far east quality product if sold under Hella -brand. It is same quality as any other cheap starter but because branded By Hella (paper label), of course, more expensive because the name. Delivery was correct and rather fast.

Almost all auto part manufacturers are global companies with subsidiaries in tens of countries. Excluding products manufactured in certain geographical location could lead to price increases and potentially limit our product range. We recommend, that customer in those situations could take advantage of our 30 days revoking right.

Tilauksen pakkausvaihe varastollamme on 1-2 arkipäivää tuotteesta riippuen, joskus harvoin valmisteluaika voi olla pidempikin. Tilaus oli tehty torstai -iltana ja tilatun osan valmisteluvaihe oli kaksi arkipäivää, siksi tuote valitettavasti ei ehtinyt kuljetukseen ennen viikonloppua.
Paketin seurantanumero on näkyvissä sivustollamme heti kuljetuksen alettua, mutta seurantatiedot päivittyvät vasta noin päivän viiveellä kuljetukseenlähdön jälkeen. Viive johtuu tietojärjestelmän ominaisuuksien lisäksi myös käytännön syistä: koska rahti on vasta poistunut lähtöpaikkakunnalta, se ei vielä ole ehtinyt kulkemaan kovinkaan monen logistiikkakeskuksen tai välivaraston kautta.

Good parts selection for reasonable prices
Pros:
-Good selection of spare parts.
-Pretty good descriptions for parts, manufacturer info is available and it seems to be accurate.
-Competetive pricing.
Cons:
-Unreliable stock level information. So you may not get part that you ordered even if web site says it's in stock.
-Slowish shipping to Finland.
-Item information could be improved further. Sometimes it's difficult to figure out what part you should order. Systematic use of OEM part numbers would help.

Untrustworthy company
They lost my delivery on the way and I have to call to them to find my delivery. I got it at last, after couple weeks waiting, allthought they promised to deliver it in one week.

Hello Dirk,
We are sorry about the delay, it was caused by postal workers strike, which affected even shipments coming via Postnord and Matkahuolto. Now the strike has ended and on the other hand, we have implemented an express delivery, which would significantly shorten the delivery times. Express delivery would take approximately two-three working days to carry out.

Acceptable speed, poor packaging
Good were as specified in the website, arrived with acceptable speed (anyway the date was estimated at the purchase), but packaging was very poor. A big box, containing the spare part small package (with inside a heavy part), during transportation the heavy spare part came almost out of the box. If such a big box need to be used, it should be put more packaging material inside to avoid movements inside the box.

Room for improvement
Nice homepages and easy ordering but shipping was slow and they didn't answer to my question regarding slow shipping. As the delivery arrived one item out of four was not the one (brand) I ordered. I'm disappointed and cannot recommend them after this experience.

Tilaustenhallintajärjestelmästä näemme, että et ole vielä lukenut vastausta. Lähetystä on yritetty tomittaa ensi kerran jo 17.07, mutta toimitus on onnistunut vasta 28.07. Tämä on luonut pitkän viiveen.
