Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Booked a ticket for Cies islands (Spain). Got and answer that tickets are not available and offer for next day. Went to different agency to find out that without registration number to the island, I can not buy a ferry ticket. Registered and bought it throu a second company. Subsequently got a message form Mr.Ferry that my ticket was booked. Replied immediately asking for refund. No answer. Currently trying to get money from them. Horrible customer service. WARNING.

I have not received the return portion of my ferry ticket only the outward. The tickets are booked with separate ferry companies. No one answers the phone or email. Booking 223860897.

Mister Ferry is a misleading company
Be ware that Mister Ferry is a mediator and not a ferry company. My friends and I bought ferry tickets for 5 with the company. My friend got covid and wasn't able to join the trip anymore. 5 days before the trip I logged in to see if I could still cancel her ticket. On my account I couldn't adjust the reservation, but it gave me the option to cancel. Because I was under the impression that I would get the money back, I canceled the reservation and book 4 ticket all over again. Only to find out that a cancelation doesn't equal a refund. Because even though they charge far more than the local ferry companies, they don't hold themselves accountable for your loss. The company is misleading and thrives on the money of poor customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS MEDIATOR.
Also stop giving people the option to cancel tickets they won't get a refund for.
Hope the dispute my bank started will help me get my money back.

We were sold a ticket that we could not…
We were sold a ticket that we could not use. We booked a ferry with a motorcycle, however local law prohibits foreign motorcycles on the island of capri. What an unprofessional way to rip customers off!
