The application had issues. The application smashed and than i didn't know whether the Booking was finished or not. Finally I found the ticket in the email spam folder.

Booking easy, all fine so far. But rating in ONLY Italian is poor, since you are dealing with foreigners/ tourist, right? Accordingly I expect multi lingual

NOT RECOMMENDED
I only got a confirmation for the payment per Email, so I had to go to a Ticket office again and order a Ticket based on it, which wasnt easy to prove. I only recieved the ticket per Email after 8 hours (2 hours after the ferry has already ended).
On top of that I had to pay 9€ extra "booking fees" than if I had just bought it from the ticket office, which I had to do anyway! Maybe this was just in italy, but highly NOT recommended!

It was all well organized and worked out pretty well. The cabins were a bit outdated, but we slept well.

Lenght of my car is not 550 - but only 505 cm.
I was wondering about the price difference to the first journey (75,- only)
May be that s why the ticket is much mire expensive ?
... and may a refund is possible ?
