I unwisely read a review of their steam cleaner and bought it. 10 days later I have no item and when the company FINALLY sent information on the delivery status (after I had to ASK for it), the package was supposedly delivered to me against signature by Colis Privé in France but it wasn't. I am now trying to file a claim with Colis Privé. Mistivo washed its hands of the matter. A complete scam. Not normal. Not professional. Completely unhelpful Chinese company masking behind a European website.

bought an item from their seller, item arrived faulty, with missing items - emailed the seller and was told that i have to return the item to Germany (I am from UK) at my own cost, which is not right according to consumer right act 2015, no response until you open a claim on paypal, as always paypal will not help whatsoeverBEWARE - generic item will be sent that you can buy off amazon for fraction of the price, no logo on the item, no warranty, SCAM basically

I ordered their item and canceled the order a couple of hours later.
I was charged 149 euros but was only reimbursed 141.55 euros.
Nothing was shipped as the order was canceled within 2 hours so i don t understand why they do not reimburse the full amount. Several emails were sent to them showing (from my bank statement AND from their email confirming reimbursment) that a small amount is missing but they keep on saying the reimbursment was done in full... My last request was unanswered.... quite dishonnest!!
