Absolutely beautiful chair super fast delivery service really helpful good communication so recommended

Amazing egg pod chair. I was conscious of the size and delivery. Mityhome arrange a 2 man team to help unload and take it in my home. So happy with the price and quality.

We bought a lounge chair from Mityhome. I called them to place the order and ask delivery times. Everything they said was correct. UK based and delivered in 3 days. Unlike others they have their own supplies and are not dropshipping which took out the stress in relying on others. Perfect chair for our showroom. Great customer service

I would avoid ordering anything from this company at all costs, they sell 'Arne Jacobsen' products that are not Arne Jacobsen at all they are a fake lookalike! Not only this but if you do order and happen to have any issues with your product their customer service is absolutely abysmal, they are no help whatsoever.
I would give Zero stars if I could.

Purchased 2 chairs from this company ARNE JACOBSEN STYLE BLACK LEATHER. Within a few weeks the stitching failed, the chairs had a manufacturing fault and were supplied without a lock off mechanism to the underside of the seat. The chairs were retuned and repaired but within a few months the stitching failed yet again. The chairs were nearly £500 each and this supplier is not honouring any warranty. Be Careful when ordering!!

Product better quality than expected. Exceptionally well wrapped and came on time.

I was skeptical at first as I had never heard of the company but I reached out to customer support where they very quickly answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Shipping was super quick and my Eames chair arrived the very next day. On unboxing the item I could tell the quality of the chair was great. Building it ideally requires two people as it can be a little fiddly but took no more than 30 minutes. I’m now typing this review in the comfort of my chair. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Mity Home in the future and I would highly recommend them to others

Brilliant, very helpful on the phone, the chair is very well made and very heavy, it rotates on a bearing so is smooth and quiet, the internal lining is so nice and comfy, groovy.

Customer service is akin to that of communicating with a work experience adolescent. “Plz, thnx” Chair came scratched, didn’t even bother to complain.

Ordered the replica Eames Leather chair. Mityhome.com followed up with an e-mail promptly - the chair was delivered the very next day. Exactly what I wanted. Great service and fantastic product. Very happy with the experience and the item.

Bought a Charles Eames type ultra stylish and comfy lounge chair and ottoman. Fast delivery and relatively simple assembly Fantastic quality and value for money. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic communication and speedy delivery. The chair is wonderful, really pleased with it and although it needs some assembly it wasn’t too much work.

My chair is lovely, it arrived on time with two very nice men, just a shame the first delivery date got cancelled.

Ordered a shell chair, arrived on the date indicated, very well packaged, instructions easy to follow for assembly although a bit fiddly. The chair itself was good for the price, a couple of small chips on the underside but no one would know, overall I can’t fault the product, price, or delivery, I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy from Mityhome again. The chair in situ looks fab and quite comfortable.
