I love the chair 4 out of 5 a couple of minor gripes missing washers or not enough. small chips around the screw holes but not a deal breaker I like the chair.

The delivery guys were great
Kept me updated and turned up as expected
Arrived in a wooden “case” which my husband had to knock off with a hammer
Loads of non-recycling packing, some of which was very dusty / dirty
No assembly instructions
So we got on with it
90 minutes and a lot of swearing later, we have lovely looking Lobster Chair and Foot Stool. Some of the “Walnut” is a little bit pale, where the wood stain didn’t really settle into the recesses of the lobster
I think it was overpriced, but I ordered a week ago and it is now £300 dearer

The chair was an important item for the home and I wasn’t quite satisfied so returned it. They refunded the money, minus a return fee.

Purchased a Eames chair, good quality and excellent service.

Dear Sirs,
My chair and ottoman were everything that I expected and I am very pleased with the quality and the finished article. However the ottoman came without the 4 screw in feat which were not attached to the base stand or were loosely pact in the boxing. Replacements are ordered. If only the courier had been as good.

We ordered a Shell chair from Mityhome and it came within a week. The chair looks great and is quite comfortable.
The self assembly process was not without issues as some of the holes for inserting assembly bolts were in wrong place. We survived and are happy with the purchase.

Brilliant product, we purchased the "egg Chairs" stable and attractive. Mityhome were very responsive and most helpful. Communication was brilliant with wonderful service, will use again.

I had chosen, ordered and paid for a very nice aviator chair from mityhome. Unfortunately, the chair was sent back twice by UPS, on the grounds that the labeling was not correct. Which was not true at all. Mityhome sent me a photo with the correct labeling! All my email inquiries were answered very promptly; usually within an hour.

We agreed that I would take care of the transport myself. Unfortunately, it was a single disaster at FedEx; I'm still waiting today. Shipping changed again, then it worked in a flash with DHL. On Sunday the customs duties were paid and today, Monday, the beautiful chair was delivered to me early.
How good that Mityhome was so patient.

Product is great quality, but feet missing off the otterman, emailed them, heard nothing to date from them

Its a shame because the product is good, delivery was quick, customer service is very poor, so at the moment I wouldn't buy anything from them again, so it means trying someone else for the sofa purchase
