Any times I have had issues applying a coupon code or with the magnets them self customer service has been amazing. We keep going back to the tiles because of how affordable they are.

I don't tend to leave reviews but What an excellent company in customer service, delivery, product quality and price. I cannot believe just how quickly my order arrived. Placed order on the Friday EVENING and arrived on the Monday!

Best customer service I have received. I originally sent in pictures to be printed, to my knowledge I cropped my pictures perfectly, but I didn’t. Instead of printing my pictures how they were veronica from the mixpix team reached out and walked me thru getting my pictures to be perfect.

I love them they look so good in my living room everyone asks where I get them from.

I recently ordered 25 MIXPIX from their official website. The photo choosing tool was very easy to use and the photos came in a matter of a few business days.
Had a small problem with my order where the pictures stuck to each other in its own stack and resulted in some of the ink peeling off. Luckily, their customer service is top notch and they were able to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
Will definitely be ordering more in the very near future.

The pictures came out even better than expected, I love them! The only problem was that a few of the magnets didn't stick and were "weak". I emailed the company and got an immediate response of an apology and a whole new set of magnets mailed to me. Wonderful customer service and beautiful product!

A couple of my tiles were not centered how I wanted them and Veronica was a big help. She responded quickly and had the new tiles to me in just a couple days with no additional fees. I will definitely purchase more tiles, I love how easy they are to put on the wall.

We received the product on time and in good quality. While we experienced issues due to the European delivery (extra costs), the customer service responded immediately and made sure these costs were refunded asap.

I had ordered for the first time with them last year and had some issues, but I was assured that it was an anomaly, and they were improving their services, including customer care!
And boy, they have surely walked the talk. With a very efficient customer service team, it has been a breeze dealing with them this time around. They have also upgraded their printing technology, as per their team. But the game changer has been the introduction of Magnofix, which makes sticking pictures to the wall (and moving them) an absolute cakewalk. This technology is surely a great innovation and my compliments to Mixpix for being way ahead of their competitors in this regard.
P.S - A special mention to Veronica from the customer service team, who is very helpful and crystal clear in her communication.

If I could give it a 10 - I would!!1 Absolutely the best quality and customer service!! The pictures are beautiful. My discount code for a first offer was emailed to me right away. I ordered on a Monday and by Friday afternoon, they were at my doorstep. I did have a snag in the order, but they immediately fixed it. I will most definitely order more and I highly recommend them.

I love this place there was a slight issue with my order but as soon as I contacted customer service they not only fixed the issue by sending new tiles out they also gave me 20% off my next order I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon :)

Received my 23 mixpixs..all are great other than one that was a little crushed. Wrote to the company and had customer service jump right onto the issue. They gave me explicit instructions for replacement and VOILA'..new one on the way.
Will definitely continue to order and recommend this company!

Nothing irritates me more than reading a review about a product and hearing that the *shipping* company screwed up, so your docking the seller stars?. Annoying.
The shipping company for my 2ND order With MixPix screwed up. It’s coming all the way from Germany. It’s going to be a little dented, no problem. But my order showed up crushed. I emailed the company and received a response within 3 hours telling me that, they not only will re-ship out an entirely new order for free, they’re also refunding me half of my purchase price, $40. I even got to add in extra tiles, up to the max of 25 that their site allows. no questions asked. And they emailed me to make sure that one of my tiles was cropped correctly.
What more could you possibly ask for? I wish I had more room on my walls because I would order more tiles.

I am so happy with MixPix customer service. They are quick to respond and make things right.
