There was a snag with my order. Veronica from the customer support team was extremely helpful and communicative. I was impressed with my customer service!

The tiles looked great however, the box that they came in was damaged during shipping which damaged some of the tiles. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond my expectations in resolving the issue. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely order again.

The pictures were very good quality. Loved them. I did have a minor issue with somehow being billed twice. I reached out to customer service and received a full refund for the extra set.

OMG... I ordered 12 photo tiles.. they all are outstanding .. great photo quality, super easy & fast to hang, I love that i can easily swap these out with new pictures as we take more pictures.. I will recommend this to all my family and friends. Photos got delivered earlier than expected date and the customer service was great .. thank you mixpix for making my family happy 🥰

Thanks Mixpix for the wonderful wall tiles and AMAZING customer service.I am very happy with my order. The mixpix tiles are different than the other wall tiles in the market , they donot come with double sided tape at the back but again they are also half the price than other wall tiles.I loved the awesome picture quality and affordable tiles from mixpix. I am a happy customer.Thanks again Mixpix, I recommend these tiles to anyone who wants their pictures out from the phone and on the wall *****5stars to mixpix

Great service and quality

I ordered 24 tiles and got 2 replaced after they had a slight miss-cut.
The service was really nice and helped me without any issues.

I ordered a few tiles for my parents anniversary and never had I expected them to turn so brilliant ! The print quality is beyond my expectations, they were clear and crisp and the pixels were so well knit and so is the delivery. I was reassured that my packages would reach the destination on time and they did with such prompt customer services and great delivery coordination. I am glad that I chose Mixpix.me to be a part of my parents special day's celebration and honestly the tiles were the most moving part of the hamper I curated and everyone got really emotional looking at those. I will undoubtedly recommend everyone in my network to atleast try them once and then get addicted to their services. Looking forward to many more orders and expecting the same or better services in future.

Loved the pics but not the magnets. After three nights of having them fall off the wall, I had to order double-sided sticky tape‘s and put them up that way. I sent them an email and never heard back. There is no customer service number you can call to complain, so I’m really not sure what I had to do. Luckily the little stickies worked, and the pictures are hanging on my wall. I will no longer order from them because they don’t respond to customer service calls. They’re a little cheaper than Mixtiles,

I had such a wonderful experience with mixpix. The package came damaged, through no fault of the company, and after contacting customer service they were amazing! They responded back to me right away and resent the tiles that were damaged. I love the way the pictures came out! Very pleased with this company and will definitely order in the future.

If you are looking for reviews about the photos this is not the one. I ordered 11 frames with Mixpix, However few pics were cropped and on contacting customer support they offered to reprint the pics and ship for free which speaks volumes about their customer service. They also offer free cancellation if we do not like the pics. I would definitely buy from them again . Special thanks to Veronica for meticulously responding to my queries and the extended support
