Very professional, great customer focus and service, nothing was a problem highly recommend

Faultless service and made the entire home-buying process an enjoyable experience. The quote was explained and broken down well, and having spoken to someone for reassurance and to have questions answered, we instructed MJP to get us over the line.

Communication was via an online portal, which worked great for me. This allowed me to answer any queries they had promptly, and likewise, I did the same.

MJP were transparent to the point that every communication sent my myself, vendors team or them was lodged on the portal, which I will have access to for the rest of my life. This also meant should there have been any issues, I could have held them to account.

I do not buy houses every day and most likely won't anytime soon, but experiencing their professionalism and breaking down each step of the process kept our excitement level on cloud nine.

The best thing is, you do not have to be local, so being from London and using their Norwich office was fine as everything is online or you print and post.

For a couple on a tight budget and new to the home-buying process, MJP will be value for money. Instructed them 23rd Jan 24 - Completion for 01 March 24.

MJP provide an excellent and diligent conveyancing service with a well-structured team and online portal which ensures that the client is up to date at every stage of the process and can view communications and documents as soon as they are received.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending them and, should I move again, they will be my first choice.

Fast, efficient and make the whole process transparent - you see emails received and sent and phone call summaries to solicitors and agents. They go above and beyond for their clients. I only wish all solicitors/conveyancers worked to this gold standard performance.

I'm a first time buyer so can't compare MJP to anyone else, but my experience has been so good I doubt I'd use anyone but them in the future.
All of my correspondence was completed through their web portal, not a single phone call or in person visit was needed through the entire process.

I would have given 5/5 stars but I would say that the web portal could do with some improvements in it's look and feel. It's perfectly functional but it does take some getting used to, and if you need to find details mentioned in a message sent a few months back it can be a faff!

I was recommended to MJP by my sister who had excellent service from them few years ago, and this is what I experienced too. They kept me informed at all stages with copies of all documents, details of any incoming/outgoing correspondence, telephone calls etc. If I sent them a message they responded quickly. The online system was quite easy to use, even for a novice like me. They even helped me with brain fog when I couldnt remember how to change a document to a PDF, nothing was too much, they went over and above what I expected of them. Well done.

This is the 4th time I have used MJP Conveyancing over the course of 6 years and the process has been great. All of the process is done through the portal which was very simple and easy to navigate, every stage of the process is documented and it’s easy to login and check on the stages.
Every time I have had a query I’ve sent a message in and generally had a response within 30mins, there is an option to phone in but I’ve never needed to speak to the team.
I was even able to pop into the office to have some document signatures witnessed and checked.
As a returning customer I received a loyalty discount which helped an already reasonable quote.
I would be happy and confident to use MJP again.

The fact they they have this online portal which shows you all the emails exchange with other parties. You see all the documents they send and received at all time. And the plus side you can used the app when the process it’s finished and find all the documents there. Absolutely excellent. MJP handled both our sale and purchase. Their online portal worked extremely well, enabling us to communicate quickly and complete tasks (for example, uploading forms) really easily. They were always quick to communicate, usually responding to any questions within an hour. They never needed chasing. In addition, whenever we dealt with them, whether online or on the phone, they were genuinely warm and friendly, as well as being very efficient. Our first purchase fell through at the last moment; we were astonished that we didn't need to pay any legal fees. They made a very stressful experience as easy possible.
