Everything went very smooth from start ti finish! I had to call customer service to ask for a change of delivery day and it was very easy and I got all the help I needed. Delivery was also very smooth. I have and would recommend Mjuk to anyone. 💙 Unfortunately the delivery fee will cost you quite a lot if you happen to live outside of any bigger cities in Finland.

The chair was dusty and one armrest was not screwed properly. The chair had multiple unknown hair stuck in between them which was blocking their movement. Had to be exchanged.
Other than that after small renovation cleaning and new wheels it's absolutely awesome and everything works properly! It was not much job to make it neat! I had a feeling that it was supposed to come clean? Now I'm not sure.
Also the delivery man was very fast but it was delivery to the street and not home (I'm also now not really sure which one was it, just saying)
Also, there were 2 different chairs. One with the metal stand and other with the plastic. I'm pretty sure I ordered with the plastic, but I received the chair with metal stand. It's fine, but it's quite confusing what happened there.

I was able to purchase a long-yearned Muuto ply -rug. I couldn't be happier, it was such a bargain. The rug was sold as used but it is flawless and cost a fraction of the retail price. Honestly a dream come true, thank you so much. ❤️ The shipment did take a while but I was informed about properly so it was not a suprise and no big deal. It is understandable that the logistics are a little different with international shipments of second hand goods. The rug was delivered to my front door by a very professional delivery service, also with a very accurate timeline/tracking.

Other than the problems with shipping, the customer service was good with answering emails quickly and informing me about my orders delay but couldn't provide solutions for it.
As a customer of Mjuk, I am thrilled with the service they provide. The fact that they offer fast and free delivery is a huge plus, as I was able to receive my furniture without any extra cost or wait time. Furthermore, the support team is truly amazing, always willing to answer questions and provide help.
In my opinion, Mjuk Furniture Company is an incredible company that truly cares about its customers. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and the service I received. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience shopping with Mjuk.

love the selection of high quality furniture on their site. Ordered a designer armchair for 1/10 the retail price, yet it looks as good as new. The delivery process was also super smooth. you can choose a delivery day (and i was surprised we could already get it delivered within one week of ordering it, because on the site it implied our location would have a delivery time 1- weeks out), and then there are regular updates from mjuk about the time window and when the driver will deliver the item, with tracking of the delivery vehicle, and the driver calls you before arriving. Then the piece was delivered directly into my apartment (rather than outside the building), and this whole delivery service was free. Honestly it was an awesome experience, and the delivery guys handed us a coupon to shop with mjuk again, which I definitely will. Really perfect experience, couldn't have gone better!
We have bought several things from them now. Condition has always been better than expected. Speed of delivery as well.
Excellent service, high quality products. Desk is indistinguishable from new. Also sold a TV stand: drivers came to pick it up from my home and it fetched a very good price indeed!

The furniture and the buying experience were perfect until you keep sending me reminder emails about giving feedback.
I shouldn't have to feel obligated to give feedback on a shopping experience that I had with you, so sending a reminder email for this reason, is infuriating.
