Despite having the key I was unable to download the Windows 10 software to my computer. The purchase of the key ended up being a complete waste of money for me.

I bought a Microsoft Office professional 2021 key and it did not work still waiting on them to contact me

Purchase was quick. First lic number was bad but they quickly replaced it. Good service.

I got it and followed directions and worked just fine

I would have liked a download link, but I figured it out.

I ordered the product key for Microsoft Office Pro 2019 from mkskeys.com. Then I downloaded the software from Microsoft and installed it.
It is telling me that I can't activated it due to the product code already being 'in use'
So, what can I do now?

Says this is not a valid product. says unfortunately we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not indicate this as a valid product. Tells me to return to reseller. So yalls activation key did not work. Read some bad reviews about this. People cant get it to work. 

I was skeptical, but took the $19.00 risk. Worked. Thanks for being honest.

Product key did not work. Please resend a new key.

Won’t activate, keeps saying error.

Great price, great customer service. It took a while to get the keys, but the staff was right on it.

Do NOT trust this site unless you want to loose your money like I did, as follows:
-- They took my money.
-- No product key was given to me.
-- Their support link did not allow me to send any message.
-- Their support email did not work nor did they ever reply to me, even checking my spam box.
-- A month has gone by = zero reply.
-- I gave up.

I had multiple good experiences with Kinguin.com in the past. It costs a bit more, but I went back and have no problem.

Microsoft has informed me the key is not recognized for the installation of the product. I have asked for a refund and you have not responded.

Your product is defective, invalid or fraudulent. The key did not work, and Microsoft reports that the key is unuseable.

I would like a good chance of becoming a great user of this review just tell me how I can become a member I'm already with Microsoft with an Outlook email that exists

My experience with them was very good. I bought from mkskeys.com more than once, and these products that I bought from them worked very well

Activation of office 2021 by phone could be a little confusing, but once I connected with their support team, they supported me quickly in the way I used it and activated completely and very quickly

Effortless installation. Greate!

I've made two recent purchases through Mkskeys. For both the license keys were provided immediately, and I had no issues activating the software. For one of them I had a question for which I received a very quick response even though it was a weekend.

Mkskeys.com was a fantastic experience even for a first time customer. They provided a genuine license at a unbeatable price. They give specific instructions as to the required activation method right up front. The complaint I do have is not with Mkskeys.com, but rather Microsoft. If nothing else than giving a 'heads-up' in the event you chose a Microsoft Office product that requires phone activation as I did. It took me multiple attempts over multiple days to finally have a successful activation scenario. The voice automation has slowed down, processes intervals are much greater, and you can no longer only use the dial pad which was my highly-preferred method back in the Windows XP activation days, which avoided any potential transcribing errors. You are required to verbalize certain phases of the process now. The key that is read back to you for activation well the system would lock up on 4th group and go into an infinite loop. I can only assume that some sort of AI silliness has been injected into the algorithm and just like the majority of pretty much anything to do with AI, the experience is far worse and feels as though I'm back to the year 2000 era...a disappointing experience from Microsoft, is an understatement.
