Never actually received the key

Never actually received the key. I received what looked like an email address and password instead of the actual key for Microsoft 365. I could not reach company to remedy this even after I replied to their customer service department email. If you tried to chat with them, their pop up asked that you download a WhatsApp to chat. I'm not on board with downloading anything to resolve my issues. So, I lost my money on this one. The websites says they were based out of London.

Nothing made my experience great

Nothing made my experience great. They provided an activation key but did not provide the URL to use the key. I wasted my money on them. Even after I emailed them about the problem, I received no response. Their grade is an F-.

I mistakenly ordered Microsoft 11…

I mistakenly ordered Microsoft 11 (twice instead of once) believing it had Microsoft Office on it. I just wanted to swap only the product needed and was still charged twice. I am making a complaint because it was an honest mistake. They many keys but I only used the Microsoft Office key.
