Delivery was instant for the keys but forgot one D/L link.

Delivery was instant for the keys, but they forgot to link one of the software downloads in the email. Thankfully, I was smart enough to know how to download the image directly from Microsoft but they need to tighten up their delivery system a bit.

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews and I have been burned by sites like this before but I got the 3 keys I ordered w/ no issues.

Great Support, Window Product purchase

I purchased a product key that turned out to be the wrong product, they got back to me very quickly about why it wasnt working properly and instead of having to purchase a new one I was given a replacement that worked great.

Great Customer Service

I initially bought a code from them but it didn't work because it was already used so I emailed them and within a couple of hours they sent an apology and sent a new code right away worked great and best price around too. Great customer service.

Go for it!

I was very skeptical about how I could get Office for such a great price (my bf assured me it was a scam) but after some very lovely customer service, I was able to figure out how to install the program and so far it runs great!

Very patient and courteous folks

Very patient and courteous folks to deal with. My internet connection is slower than what's recommended for a download of this size so it took some doing, but they hung in there with me.
