It's absolutely ridiculous that money over viewers is more important. Baseball games should available on local TV stations so families can watch the games with children. It's impossible to take kids t... See more

We pay for service and choose to watch…
We pay for service and choose to watch the KC and Dodgers they decide for us and cut away to make us watch another game. I don't give a shit about a no hitter I turned on TV and service I am paying for to watch what I want. Missed an inning now they went back to the damn Cincinnati game turning it off. Wow really. Just started watching baseball again and now this I give up.
Please avoid this mistake
So, I had purchased a subscription with an incorrect email, that I didn't realize that I was using when I purchased MLB.tv with the Father's Day Discount, and so I had purchased it again with the account that it was supposed to be on, so I called to get the suscription cancelled on the incorrect email, and to get a refund so I called, and they kept saying "you have only one suscription" so I had to give them a part of my bank statement where it proved that I got charged twice, so what do they do? They cancelled the suscription on my actual account, and kept the suscription that I wanted on my incorrect email that I didn't want, and I decided to give up, because I don't want to deal with these idiots again.
Close to cancelling
I have been a subscriber for many years. The subscription is becoming less and less desirable. Every year you get less and less games with a blackout policy that is ridiculous. A Phillies phan that lives in central Ohio. All Pirates, Reds and Indians games are blacked out whether they are home or away. No reason for this. This added with the games they sell to Apple, Peacock and who knows who else, it is getting to the point of cancellation.
Is pointless to pay for mlb.tv
Is pointless to pay for mlb.tv. It's wireless to even have out for FREE.
NEVER EVER NEVER can I watch a game. It's ALWAYS blocked for whatever reason. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME THAT APP IS.
My first year subscribing and my last , false advertising
My first year subscribing and my last
A great disappointment!
A great disappointment. All of the websites will say the games are on MLB.tv but don’t hold your breath. You will be completely devastated when you can’t watch your home team (and they are playing at home) against your greatest rival. Yes, it’s actually blacked out. Not just one game, but two of the three game series. This has happened twice now. Wow. We expected more. We are the fans just trying to watch our favorite teams. I have sent emails before, but no real customer service response.
The app for the LG TV
The app for the LG TV - Google TV does not work. I spent 35 minutes on phone help with MLB.TV. They outsourced their help to India. The "Help" was not even a little helpful. Get the free trial and make sure it works on your TV because technical support will not help.
I dont want to even give it one star
I dont want to even give it one star, seriously , you have to go through two apps to get tickets booked. A real terrible way of doing things. so over the top and much more work than it should be,
Worst customer service
Some of the worst customer service. Routinely get incorrect black outs for NYMets games in SNY. I’ve had to call about 8 times this season so far. Customer reps barely speak English and refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. The last two blamed my internet provider saying my ISP isn’t static. Every time I call they check my IP address and it shows Idaho (about 2800 miles outside the NY broadcast area). Also, NY Yankees aren’t blacked out and the Mets games on WPIX aren’t blacked out. Just NYMets games on SNY. What a joke.
I paid for a subscription to the dodger…
I paid for a subscription to the dodger games but every time I get excited about an upcoming game, I find out that it's been blacked out. I paid for all the dodger games. Not some. Whenever it's ohtani against judge, all of a sudden it's blacked out. Only the games nobody really cares about. What a joke.
Poor Customerservice
Poor Customerservice. I canceled my trial subscription on the same exact date and yet I was billed $159 debited from my account Money that I already budgeted for other home expenses and they will not respond to my email.
Don't every but MLB subcription
Don't every but MLB subcription, EVER!
I paid over $150.00 today and nothing worked. I was on the phone with an MLB tech guy for an hour. He finally says that I do not have a subscription. He said I'll have to mail verification of the payment through Google Play and Paypal to confirm my payment. I complained to Paypal and requested a refund. They said it will take a few weeks to resolve. Thanks MLB, what a crappy service! I just want a refund. Not worth the hassle!
Worse and worse every year
Worse and worse every year. Less and less games are able to be watched. $150 for a yearly is a total ripoff, something seriously needs to be done
Do not subscribe
I subscribed to watch SD Padres games but they black out games so have subscribe to Apple TV and Fan Duel Network.
Worst app on tv
Worst app on tv. Buffers way too much. Even with very high internet speed.
MlB tv is aweful this year.
Been an MLB.tv sub for 5 years. This year is aweful. I live in Southern IN and they blacked out the CIN games in Atlanta....the support people said that STL and CIN are on my blkout list but i just watched STL in Atlanta a few weeks ago...STL and CIN shld only be blacked out for me for their respective home games...and yes their phone and txt support are people outside the US who reply to you based on scripts and are no help. NOT renewing next year.
An absolute ripoff
An absolute ripoff. For $29.99 month, you get the privilege of being infested with ads one after another. The Google cloud ad that shows a baseball going across the screen with an abnoxious sound effect appears all too regularly, often every minute and a half. What a slap in the face to paying subscribers. Baseball is not what it used to be, thanks to the corporate world.
App crashes every half-inning
Starting late last year, the app freezes on my Roku TV at every half inning commercial break. It gives me a network error. I reached out to MLB last year with no resolution. I reached out to Roku and they said it is a known issue with MLB.TV.
Useless to watch your own local team
This is the first time I ever wrote a Trust Pilot Review. And frankly, good reviews should be supported more than negative, but wow Mlb.TV is awful.
The only positive for MLB.TV is if you want to watch teams outside your local area, it will work fine.
I'm a Yankee Fan so in the past I was told to use a VPN and had to pay for Surfshark to use the service. It was already expensive. Now, I can never watch the game because of Gotham Sports? Like what's the point of having the service if you cannot watch your own team. Also support is outsourced, people have no idea what you are talking about (poor English, no knowledge of baseball).
Please allow people to watch their own teams without a blackout, it's completely abhorrent.
Ruined with Streaming Exclusives
Used MLB.TV last year without much issue. Got it again this year for $150 and miss at least one game a week so far, due to streaming services with exclusives (I.e. can’t watch certain games without also having ESPN, AppleTV, etc). $150 is too much to pay to be locked out of games. Blackouts are enough of a headache without these streaming service exclusives. Won’t be resubscribing.
