Ordered a part and never received it

Ordered a part and never received it. When contacted they informed me it was out of stock. Said they would issue a refund, never came. Now their website is no longer available. I'll get my refund my credit card company thankfully.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased 6 items from their website at the end of January 2026, but after 2 weeks I noticed I had no information about shipping.

They said the items were out of stock (All of them!?) and offered for me to wait, or get a refund, which I accepted. I got the same speil about 12-14 working days to refund, that others on here have reported.

A month later I have been chasing and still had no refund. They kept saying their system was down, and for me to wait.

So I put in a case to Paypal for a refund, and it was approved immediately; I lost the costs of the postage, but at least I got most of the money back.

Please do not buy from these people, they are Scamming you out of your money.

Avoid ML Performance

We ordered from this company 6th January and they gave us a delivery date of 3rd February, but the goods were never shipped to us. They then said they couldn't provide a delivery promise. On the 8th March we asked that the order be cancelled and refunded. They told us that 'Refunds are issued within our standard processing window of 12–14 calendar days, which is fully compliant with UK consumer legislation'. After this period no refund and they repeated this on 8th April. Avoid this company !

Scam scam scam

Following on from my previous review, just an update that my issue from January of my son’s birthday present is still not resolved.

I have not received the item or a refund, the system is always down when asking for an update on refund.

Formal complaint has been raised and utterly ignored, just waiting on the relevant time to escalate to FOS.

Companies like this scamming people of their hard earned money should be shut down!!

Avoid at all costs!!!

All round failures in every respect

As with many other reviews of this company, my Battery purchase has been a tale of utter incompetence, or possibly just out and out fraud. No Battery, no responses to voice / email messages over many weeks, and now an attempt to wriggle out of a refund that has been attempted by Paypal, but blocked by ML Performance.

Ml performance stay away

I ordered 2 hoses for my car then a couple of days later I contacted them about my order and was told they will be shipped about 5 weeks later that was to long so they ordered me a refund which I accepted that was march the 14th and was told it could take up to 14 calander days so on the 14th day I contacted them they replied saying they have problems they can’t send refund and am still waiting for the refund I am not getting no response off them I would advise to stay well away from them a terrible company

Scam

Placed an order a month ago for something that wasn't desperately needed so I didn't really bother to check up on it. Decided to check, no tracking or shipping updates. Checked the website - website down. Came to Trustpilot, saw everyone is having the same problem.

Fortunately I paid with PayPal. Submitted a dispute expecting it to take a while to get reviewed and cleared - it was approved instantly, indicating they have had many disputes raised with this company and are blindly approving them.

If you're in the same boat - don't bother raising an issue with them directly. Go direct to your bank or PayPal.

Also this is clear fraud so report using the Report Fraud service and Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline

Very poor experience - long delays, no clear delivery date.

I placed an order for a K&N air filter on 11th March and was charged immediately.

After nearly a month of waiting, I still had no dispatch confirmation. When I contacted customer support, I was given vague responses and an estimated 3–4 week delay – which later turned out to be completely uncertain.

Eventually, I was told that there is no confirmed delivery date at all.

Taking payment for items that are not in stock and then being unable to provide a clear or realistic delivery timeframe is not acceptable.

Communication has been slow and unclear, and the whole experience has been frustrating.

I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared for long and unpredictable delays.

The company it's a scam. Selling items they not have. When need to issue a refund they wanting time, always they say system down. Two months no refund. Avoid, Avoid Avoid!!!

AVOID: "Technical difficulties" used to delay refunds for out-of-stock items

I wish I checked Trustpilot before buying from these scammers.

I am writing to warn others about the deceptive practices of ML Performance. I paid for two KONI 8245-1397 Rear Axle Shock Absorbers on 12th March 2026. The items were listed as "in stock," but after I chased an ETA on 17th March, I was told they were actually unavailable.
They acknowledged my refund request on 18th March, claiming it would take 12–14 days. However, as soon as that window expired on 1st April, they began claiming "technical difficulties" to avoid paying me back.
This is a clear stall tactic. I paid via PayPal, which allows for instant refunds, yet ML Performance continues to "mess around" and withhold my funds. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a prompt refund for goods not supplied.
I have now escalated this as a formal dispute with PayPal and initiated a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider. I have also reported their "no stock" payment practices to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. Do not trust their stock levels or their "14-day" refund promises—they are holding customer money indefinitely.

I can not express the level of stress I…

I can not express the level of stress I experienced when dealing with ML Performance. I placed an order on the 2nd of March 2026 and waited an entire month only not to receive my order in the end. It is clear some items may be out of stock this is normal, but having to chase for updates over such a long period of time when funds have already left your account is just inconsiderate. I did receive explainations when sort after but that required more patience and after deciding to cancel the order after the behaviour I was made to wait another 14 days for my refund. I'm still waiting as it's the 10th of April 2026. I strongly encourage care and caution when doing business with ML Performance, personally I'd avoid the company altogether in future but others may have different experiences. It's important to look after customers concerns at the very least especially when funds have already been removed from accounts. Trust and feeling safe after this gesture is paramount especially with online crime and I am not convinced ML Performance even realise this.
I'm very disappointed and this experience has only increased my worries with online retail.
My advice look after your customers better and pay attention to the fine details rather than profit.

No delivery or refund

Order was placed mid November and in March I cancelled it. Repeated requests for updates and no delivery. Refund has not been received after several weeks. Absolutely horrible service and avoid at all costs.

Absolute fraudsters!

Absolute fraudsters!

I made an expensive purchase back at the end of February, which got cancelled before it was shipped. The company confirmed cancellation and said a refund would follow shortly after. 6 weeks later and still nothing. The company are completely ignoring all contact. I have had to call my bank to step in to get my money back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Where do I start with this SCAM

Where do I start with this SCAM. They offer more parts than Euro Car parts but don't have anything on the shelves. Its a scam. Parts? No parts. Refund? No refund. Their payment systems are always down. 3 months of excuses. Marshall Tony Lee the director managed to pay himself a £75K dividend (info on companies house) with eveyones refunds.

Avoid at all costs.

After giving up hope of receiving the goods ordered I choose the refund option and that went as well as expected. No response, systems down….. anything other than refund me. Went through PayPal and got it sorted and wait for it they were just about to process it.
I’ve found out the business proprietor is banned from the M3 Facebook page he’s that much of a helmet.
Don’t order from here you will just regret it.

I ordered a charge pipe for a G20 on November 10, 2025. Initially, the item appeared to be in stock, but I was later told there was an issue with the delivery. I requested a refund a month ago and received a confirmation stating that the funds would reach my account within 12–14 business days; however, I have received nothing. To make matters worse, their website is no longer functional. Avoid this company at all costs.
