I bought an item last year what was in stock but never came.they said it wasnt instock and would take a while but never came.when they did get back to me each one on the calls promised a refund but 4 months later still not got one so i give up.i would say avoid this company at all costs because if you dont get your item you wont ever get a refund only excuses after excuses but it wont come

Ordered a M performance LSD for my BMW M140i from their website which cost me £1700. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so I emailed ML performance and asked whats happening to which they responded that they haven’t received an order, although the money has been taken from my account. I have proved this via their live chat to several agents. I’ve been in contact with ML performance numerous times and they all say the same thing ‘let me look into this and I’ll get back to you’. Do they ever get back to me? What do you think? Absolutely not!

I’ve contacted my bank and they’ve confirmed the payment has been successful on my end. I’ve had to open a fraudulent claim against ML performance with my bank to try and get my money back.

I won’t be buying from them again, customer service is TERRIBLE. They never got back to me even after messaging them a million times. I get you’re a big business, but surely you can sort this issue out instead of freaking ignoring your customers? Absolutely shocking. Would not recommend 👎

Ordered part that was in stock for next day delivery, 2 days past and still no postage details. Cancelled order and told to wait 10 to 14 business days, waited days and no refund, got fed lies for few weeks till had to do chargeback via bank.

Avoid and save yourself time and money

Without doubt the worst company i have ever dealt with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Zero communication, zero help and zero effort to resolve any situation. They have nearly £300 of my money and am now having to wait for refund if i even get it. Embarrassing.

Time Wasters and Fraudsters. Ordered parts. Literally no response for 30 days. Requested refund - told 12-14 days for 'finance' to refund. Guess what - no refund after 20 days.

Im still trying to get my money back and will be escalating to my card provider and trading standards.

This place should be shut down.

Ordered from ML Performance and cancelled before the item was even dispatched. Over a month later and I’m still chasing a refund.

They confirmed themselves that the order was never dispatched and that a refund is due, yet nothing has been processed. Instead of resolving it, they’ve delayed things repeatedly with excuses about system issues and “processing”.

What’s worse is they’ve actively denied the issue through Klarna, which has resulted in payments being resumed despite clear evidence that the order was cancelled and never shipped. I’ve had to fight this through Klarna just to stop being charged.

Customer service has been poor throughout. You have to chase constantly, and even then you don’t get a proper resolution.

Avoid. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or return your money without a fight.

Absolute joke of a business, nothing but lairs and frauds. My fault. I saw the reviews and thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and not. I’m paying the price after placing an order. The item never arrived. Kept chasing and chasing, and the date kept getting pushed back until it’s been over a month. Tried to cancel and get a refund. The date passed. They’ve gone silent and still no part or money. Don’t buy from here. Just pay the extra from somewhere reputable and avoid the disappointment.

Scam. Took my payment, did not fulfil my order 6 weeks later. The email address they provide for contacting them returns a delivery failure reply. Probably a criminal organisation.

2 months later and still no refund. Just avoid this company. No stock and no refunds.

Lead time not clear at time of purchase. I cancelled the order after waiting weeks. They haven’t refunded me after months of chasing. DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give no starts I would cos they don’t deserve any, I ordered front bumper and side skirts never received any been chasing a refund for 2 weeks that never come, disputed one of the orders with my bank and got it that way still waiting for a refund from the second order, for 2 month Iv been asking for updates on the orders to be told they’ll get back to me and never do or that there system is down and they can’t check, I’d highly recommend shopping elsewhere

These scumbags are taking thousands of pounds for parts they do not have. They string you along with tall tales of refunds which never appear.
PLEASE CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS AND GET THEM SHUT DOWN.

Scammers ‼️

Ordered a product. Messaged them a week later and they said they dont have it in stock and are expecting to receive it in 4-5 weeks time. I asked for a refund which they said they will issue but it’s been 35 days now and no refund is been issued. They messaged me that they can’t access their orders in shopify dashboard and are waiting for shopify to resolve this.

It’s been 3 weeks since their this msg and no update so far. I’ve raised the issue with my bank for a claim.

Nobody please don’t order from them. It’s just a waste of time. My car was left stranded at workshop for 2 weeks because I was waiting for the part which never arrived.

Hope this review helps someone save time and not go through what I went through.

I ordered the part in July 2025 and was told a 4 week delivery, this continued until October 2025 when I cancelled the order. It is now 3rd April 2026 and I still have not had a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This company is a scam, they let you buy products off there site knowing it's not in stock, take your money issue a fake tracking number, they don't answer the phone take days to answer emails to be told contact your bank for a refund absolutely disgusting 1 star is over rated

Ordered a tyre for a next day delivery. All I've had are excuses that DHL didn't turn up at the warehouse. Still waiting. Best avoid these guys. They don't even pick up the phone. This company is sliding down the pan for sure.

THIS IS A SCAM NOT A REAL BUSINESS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL LOSE IT AND WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS!

They used to deliver, it would take time, but they did. Now you don't get anything. I think this might be some sort of an exit scam / they will go out of business soon. Just like Williams Performance. Had to charge back via my bank.
