Scammers,ordered some part,no despatch dates ,no updates.Asked to cancel order and was said due to IT problems can’t be done until will fix.After a month i opened case with paypal .Paypal refunded money.

This company is fake do not buy anything they scam you i ordered air intake filter i waitd 20 days and didn't get nothing i request refund didn't get anything i reported to bank i got my money back but this website is shit basturd

Avoid this company at all costs bought some parts was told I would receive it within 2 weeks 2 months later no parts and no refund

Ordered a set of wiper blades for my car - their wesbite stated that the item was in stock and would be dispatched the next day. Four weeks later, no item and no refund, despite chasing numerous times. Emails are ignored. I'm now having to raise a chargeback through my bank.

Avoid terrible to deal with excuse after excuse been waiting 13weeks and still nothing

Ordered an item in February that was ‘in stock’. Following the order I received zero communication. I attempted phone calls, messaging their Instagram and then emailing, none of which got me anywhere. I resorted to commenting on their Instagram posts, which they began to remove, I noticed other such comments which were being removed and now they have restricted comments on their page altogether. I finally got a response informing me that they do not stock the item, and were awaiting it to be shipped from Germany, but could not give me a date. I requested a refund and was informed I’d have my money back within 14 days. That has now passed and I have not been refunded, nor are they now responding to any messages, emails or answering their telephone.

This company needs to be seriously investigated as it is still taking orders, posting on social media and acting as though they are a legitimate business, claiming they have “outstanding customer service”.

My message in short is this: DO NOT USE ML PERFORMANCE.

Stay well clear. Cowboys. They took payment and never delivered. I had to get my money back through a claim on my credit card.

Avoid. Be careful. Highly not recommended. Waist of time.

SCAM. They will never deliver your order or reply to any of your emails

ML lies about refunding my payment since last year.

Waited 7 months for part!
Never arrived. They also say that the part is not available for sale, but you can still buy it on their website. Cancelled order on 5 feb 2026. Told 10-14 days for refund. (30/3/26) STILL WAITING!
Keep Receiving emails that their accounting systems are down.

Ordered brake discs and pads from ML Performance. When I placed the order it said dispatched in 3 days. Price was great which was the trap... no communication after a few days so I emailed them. Then they told me it would be 4-5 weeks. I read the reviews at this point and realised it was a scam. I requested to cancel my order and give me a refund for the full amount (over £1,000) I was told it would take up to 14 days. I waiting until the 15th day then emailed them, giving them another 48 hours to give me the refund or I would take matters further. I got one email back saying they are having payment problems... I contacted my bank to issue a charge back and recieved my money in 2 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be doing everything I can to get this company shut down!

AVOID this company it’s a scam. Placed order never said out of stock. Emailed them they said 4-5 weeks Waited 2 weeks after reading the terrible reviews opened a claim with PayPal. Told them I still wanted item all they had to do was respond with tracking before case closed. Nothing no item no tracking and wasted a month for nothing! Read all there negative reviews. Do not buy from this company there a fraud.

I would not recommend ML Performance based on this experience.

I paid £663 on 22/01/2026 for an oil sump after being told it was in stock. Only after payment was taken was I informed that the part was not actually available and would take several weeks to arrive.

In the interim I was able to repair my existing sump and cancelled the order, requesting a refund as the part had still not been dispatched. Despite cancelling in good time, the refund is still outstanding.
This situation is particularly frustrating as the purchase was made based on incorrect stock information. Communication since then has been poor, with no clear timeline for repayment.

Taking upfront payment for items not in stock, then delaying refunds, is not acceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Terrible customer service - AVOID! Have been waiting over 3 months for a part that should have been delivered in a fortnight. They have not bothered to communicate with me except after I have chased them and then provided no meaningful update. I have asked for a refund and cancelled the order.

Ordered some parts for my BMW 5 weeks ago. Told they weren’t in stock and therefore requested a refund. Takes days for them to get back you. I am still waiting on an answer.
I will be getting Trading Standards involved as well as my credit card company

Avoid avoid avoid….absolutely useless. Been waiting for an order for months and communication is poor. Wish I’d of checked the reviews first telling others to avoid avoid avoid 😩

Worst website or company I’ve ever dealt with. The prices may be enticing but it’s definitely not worth the headache, I’ve returned an item that wasn’t meant for my F30, they sent the wrong one, it’s been since November that I’ve been waiting on a 200+ refund on the charge pipe.

Item not in stock, customer service doesn't reply. Have to ask my bank to claim money back. Seems like a scam
