Always great experience, if something goes wrong 1st time - quick response and problem solved! More than once Bastian helps a lot!

I had considerable problems downloading and attempting to launch Photoshop, My stream of questions were answered promptly and were heplful but consisted of more hoops to jump through. I spent a day and a half struggling with the problem, then the last instruction I received was to start over! I have now given up - I have used Photoshop for several years and would like to again but I dont want the ongoing subscription version and this, for me at least, wasn't the answer... Mm3digital have since commented that some systems throw up more obstacles than others and have given me refund... thanks
PS - now 12/08/26 and the refund hasn't arrived!

Bastian in support came to my rescue again, I am a senior citizen and he did not give up on me !
I had a problem with keys and he sorted it out for me in double quick time....

Fast and quality service. The Adobe Acrobat license arrived within hours and is still working.

**** Update: I received a reply here but had already provided proof of purchase, to which I had a 1 line reply saying they needed an order number that they never gave me (all I have is proof of purchase). So that's not true. The confirmation I sent them had a picture of what I bought and confirmation I had bought it. The replies i've had privately via the support email are v different from what is stated below, in detail and in tone.

Bought a 'lifetime' copy of Microsoft Office which abruptly stopped working 2 years after I bought it. When I contacted them I got weird abrupt 1 line replies back refusing to help or reinstate. They said they would only accept for 'proof of purchase' a specific email with an order number that I never received (I have a purchase confirmation email). I kept all the emails from them. They are definitely operating a scam operation. I'd imagine the good feedback here is from people for whom the code initially worked. But it will stop working soon! Don't waste your money :(

Followed all install and patch instructions, several times. Adobe products Photoshop and Acrobat both failed to register. Products unusable. Want money back.

Purchased a Adobe Lightroom Classic only to find that no licernse number was provided and that it was a illegal hacked version confirmed by Adobe when it was impossible to install. I should have known better as every product I purchased from this site were illegal copies. Be warned as you may think you are buying a cheap software package but it will ultimately fail and it is impossible to get a refund. I have learnt my lesson and I recommend that you read all the other complaints about this seller.

I purchased a package that involved photograpy and .pdf programmes. They arrived well within the hour from ordering and downloaded error free and Bitdefender checked by me. Previous similar orders, both from MM3Digital and other sales platform have been voided within days. However, now being armed with much further knowledge I am sure I have got 2 long term highly useful tools.

No pain, no strain. Everything went as they said.

At first, I thought it's a scam, but after getting the email and the code, it's real. I installed and activated. Now enjoying. Thanks

Be warned about this side of the SCAM: Purchased Microsoft Office Pro from MM3 where even now it states on their website that the license 'will not expire and will update automatically.' It has been 2 years since the purchase and I have had to reach out to them on 2 occasions to have said license reactivated. The license has yet again been deactivated and this time they claimed via email that it should be available in 'view mode'... it is not available in view mode or any mode, I simple cannot access any office software. They have now told me to 'buy a new license' from them and stopped responding to me. Its been 2 weeks from todays date with no response to my emails.

Update; the reply below is simple not true. As discussed via email, I’ve had this on one device where the only issue arising is your user name/passwords provided no longer being valid. You’ve recognized this twice now and provided a new one. As stated before, I’ve followed your guidance to the letter. You’ve broken your agreement with me and not honored the service I’ve paid for.

I purchased several "Lifetime License" Adobe products for my new PC system. Paid all the money, installed the downloads sent via email....ALL products have failed to be licensed - 2-5 days TRIAL software only!!!!! and clearly I was never supplied valid licenses for any of them. Adobe Illustrator2021, Adobe Acrobat Pro 2021, Adobe Photoshop 2021, Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus.
Be warned that this seller is contravening Adobes copyright. All programs are demos only, not licenced as they claim. My ORDER # 59575 July, 2026

I had an issue with a piece of software I'd purchased several months. I emailed support at 0900. Bastian responded within 30 minutes asking for a screenshot of the problem. Within 5 minutes of sending it, I received an email with a link to install a later version of the same product. Without question, this is the best tech service I have gotten in 40 years use of personal computers. Terrific, thanks so much.

It only took a few clicks and the program was loaded
