The courier company lost the order, but Mmilo were really helpful and dispatched another set of chairs immediately.
Great service, and no quibbles.

Delivery was fine. It is an elegant looking piece of furniture when put together.

The quality of the workmanship meant it was a nightmare to assemble. I read comments about such issues but dismissed them too readily. Because holes have not been put in quite the right place it simply does not fit together properly. I was about to send it back when I simply could not got two legs attached to each other attached to the top. I noticed there was a small gap at the end of the central wooden spar where it met the other legs so decided to try taking that off and swapping it around - Voila!

Unfortunately due to all the efforts of trying to get the legs attached some slight damage was done to the area of the leg surrounding the metal piece that attaches the leg and top.

There are some inconsistencies in shading in the legs and particularly the two wooden pieces that join the legs and central spar.

I bought this for my mother and was seriously considering getting one for myself and maybe some chairs. Unfortunately my experience with this table has put me off that idea.

It’s such a shame that poor quality control detracts from what is such a nice looking piece of furniture.

My parcel was out for delivery, DPD website says it was signed for by someone i have never heard of AND has returned to depot. There are no options to resolve this on the website and i have now been on hold for 12 minutes

Order and payment process was easy, and received confirmation promptly. The only hiccup was that I did not receive an email when order had been despatched. After I contacted Mmilo Ltd. they rang me back very quickly with the information requested. Very pleased with the chaits we ordered, once we had done the first one the others were relatively easy to put together. I would order from Mmilo again when looking for other furniture.

Love the chair, very modern. Easy ordering. No assembly instructions in box meant having to work out how to assemble.

Happy with the product and looks brilliant however there were no instructions in the box. Fortunately, they were very simple to put together. Mmilo used parcel force to deliver our goods and the box was severely damaged. Fortunately again, there was no damage to the items and they were not very well packed. Nuts and bolts were littered in the box and it was a miracle all the parts were there. All in all, good product, quick delivery but awful packaging.

Ordered 8 chairs only to be told after placing order that they weren’t actually available. Very disappointed- on the plus side customer services have emailed me to let me know when they will be back in stock(this was after I asked! ) I think they could all do a little better!

My chair arrived promptly & although the design was slightly different from the photograph on the website (it did mention that this may be the case), I really like what I have.

The table and chairs are great for my two year old. He struggles to get on the chair himself, but he is still growing! Great customer service.

Initially we didn't receive the order as it went to an old address of the company, however when I called customer service they were incredibly attentive and shipped out another order that day so I received it within 2 days. I didn't have to follow-up the existing delivery either as this was all taken care of. The product looks exactly as provided in the pictures on the website. Would recommend.
