I bought 4 eiffel tulip chairs and one of them was damaged.
They send me another one the day after. Again, the chair was damaged.!...
But they send me another chair and told me they will double check before.
The day after i had my chair in perfect condition.

Really good service and easy to use…
Really good service and easy to use ordering system with efficient delivery. It felt like a long time between the order confirmation email and dispatch email, so much that I was about to ring and check everything was in order. Also the goods were delivered the same day that I received the dispatch email and was in fact a day early so that my neighbour had to take in the delivery.

Great value chairs and super service
Great value chairs and super service - ordered 2 sets of four in different colours (cream and olive). The chairs were easy to build and are well made. The Olive were a different shade to the pic online and not what I was after - great customer service, return picked up the next day. Brilliant company to deal with.

Excellent Customer Service.
I ordered beige chairs which were delivered but I did not open or assemble until 2 weeks later when my decorating had been conpketed. Much to my surprise the chairs were more of a cream colour so I contacted David at Mmilo who agreed for me to return the goods and change the colour to dark grey. He arranged for Royal Mail to collect (they collected earlier today) and as soon as they receive them back I will be sent the new colour,
