Great service. Product as advertised. Even though one of the items arrived damaged they send us a replacement very swiftly. I would definitely recomend.

Products says in stock ( not in stock) but for sale on retail site at same price near enough as wholesale site , are you a retailer or a wholesaler? It needs to be made clear

Paid for item .. never received item even when receiving two tracking numbers ... finally refunded... the chairs remained for sale whilst they were out of stock ... rubbish

Awful product, awful Customer Services. Avoid.

I know, before even starting to write this review, that Mmilo will reply to say that they have bent over backwards to help me - and in one sense they have, by offering to refund the cost of the white dining chairs i purchased or replace them. This was on the condition that i return them to Mmilo in "a saleable condition". That's where the problem starts. If the chairs were sold to me in a unsaleable condition - which they were - how do i return them and ensure no more damage is sustained in both dismantling them , repackaging them as they were sent to me and then posting them back so as to ensure that no further damage is incurred? The other issue i, like other customers have, is that there were no instructions with the chairs on how to assemble them. Mmilo doesn't acknowledge that this is an issue in any way, but it is a huge issue if you're trying to assemble them and have no clue how to do so nor the right tools to do it. The legs for my chairs are different colours and marked with dark bands. I still have the chairs, as i am unable to dis-assemble, re-package and get them back to my office for posting or collection. A neighbour put them together for me as i am 62 years old. In short, there are a number of companies who sell reproduction Eames chairs. Before buying, check the returns policy and whether they come with instructions or not. My advice, however, is don't use this company unless you're prepared to return the items, and at your own cost, when they're faulty.

Great light grey colour. They look much more expensive than they were!

The chairs were lovely, a reasonable price and just what we were after. However it took a long time to receive exactly what we had ordered. We ordered 6 chairs in 3 different colours, 2 of each. But we were sent the wrong colours, and damaged items. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, we eventually received what we had originally ordered. They were very speedy to correct their mistakes so I should commend them for that.

Quick delivery, hence 1 star.
Sadly, table was not fit for purpose and somewhat different from online images so I had to return it. The table was £69.99 and it cost me over £26 to return as the company does not offer free returns!
Frustrating hassle to receive my £69.99 refund as well.
My advice: be sure before you buy. Good luck :-)

Excellent delivery service, but still trying to put the chairs together. Disappointing as we’ve had the grey tulip chairs before with no issues, but getting the cushion on the chair and then the legs is nigh on impossible!!!! A week after getting them, we still can’t use the chairs.

I liked the table that I ordered even though it came damaged. However, it could be that it got damaged once it was shipped, and also Mmilo sent me a replacement straight away.
