Oh my goodness, very annoying
I ordered some robux for roblox which came to just over £10. I was told that I would receive them almost instantly but it was far from instant. I ordered at 5.10 pm and after much nagging to them via email and online chat, and after threatening for a refund, I finally got them at 10.30 pm the next night.

Had no problems until recently purchasing Robux. Last 2 transactions have took a long time and with no responses or help from there supposed 24/7 support. Also prices were just hiked by over 300% which is somewhat of a huge leap

So bad.I'm buy money in MapleM.And i ask them about purchased money in game.They told me that we r busy please contact us later.Now is about 6 hours.So bad😡

Over 24 hours after purchasing Robux for my kids, there is still no robux issued and all my emails are being ignored. I went on live support, waited 3 hours to speak to someone who just said "join the group" and immediately ended the chat. But I had already joined the group prior to that. Spend another few hours on live chat and sent emails but nobody is getting back to me.

I would advise not to use them. I certainly won't be using them again.

After buying 7, 8 times of their products, I got scammed. I didn’t receive my latest order over 36 hours. I don’t know what happened, and their online support team said they would give me a full refund.

And now it has been over 30 hours, I still got nothing or ally response from them.

Livechat support keeps lying that they sent the credits. he says check your account again

that was hours ago and I still got no credit, theres no proof they've sent it, my messages and refund requests are ignored now.

Slow delivery and most like to ignore the customer.
The transmission is not difficult, only he lied that it is difficult.

this has to be the worst online site i ever visited. stupid customers support, orders take way to long, orders don't even get delivered, no confirmation email or anything, gave me a fake order number. please don't waste your time on these first grade a holes.

Poor poor poor piece of crap . I’ve been waiting more then 24 hours for my order and I’ve been on the live chat all the time . All they were saying we will deliver your order in 3 hours . Till now I haven’t got my order and now they want to refund . Waste of time AVOID

Its currently been around 30 hours since I've placed the order for SoulWorker DZ.

Customer support either replies with "Let me check" and leave you, or tell you to wait.

In an email I've been told they will refund after 24 hours if they cant get the currency together or buy your account. Yet my requests for a refund have been ignored.

The lack of transparency from the website and bad customer support do not give much hope.

UPDATE 3/22/2018:
Customer support finally agreed to refunding my purchase.
Been told it can take a few days as I used paymentwall for my purchase.

Hello Everyone. I have paid to buy 4000k fifa pc coins via using comfort trade. The officer told me that he will load the coins in 2 hours. But I was suprised when I received e-mail from EA Fifa Security Team. They have warned me because of they have caught this coins charging. They have removed my all fifa coins. And then I called this company and explained what happened. They just told me that they are so sorry. It is not their fault. Finally I have paid and I have nothing. They do not want to refund me. So You can see how bad a company they are. Do not trust them. It is very simple for them but You are the one who is suffering. I will sue about their company until I win my rights. Thanks.

they are using stolen credit cards, simply if you get coins in any game from stolen card you will be insta banned ;)
