Extremely poor communication after the…

Extremely poor communication after the order. Item was back ordered, even though it showed in stock on the website. After no response for a week, sent a second request for information and threatened to report to credit card company. Still no email response until I called them directly on the phone. Only then did I get an email telling me what was happening, two weeks after I ordered the product. Not acceptable and won’t be ordering with them again.
