Easy to use
Website was easy to use and ordering process very smooth. The website says that delivery is within 72 hours (3 working days), however it took 5 working days days to receive my phone. They did keep my updated about the delivery process. Very happy with the product. It was advertised as excellent condition and it looks and works like new.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. I was able to cancel and get a refund on my order very quickly so thanks for that. But Prices are not competitive at all. I cancelled my order as I was able to find the same product on another website significantly cheaper. Also delivery times are very poor. I ordered on Saturday and the product had not been delivered until Wednesday. Luckily this gave me enough time to cancel! I would say look at 4gadget much better prices, super fast delivery and more stock.
