Good selection of used devices with decent price
The site has a good selection of lovely used devices. Pricing is very decent and is backed up by a 12 months warranty so you can have peace of mind. Only let down was the dispatch time. Could be quicker and sooner as some people (including me) may require a device in a pinch and shouldn't have to wait for 72 hour dispatch window then delivery times.

Packing is not up to standard
The product was left loose in the box the battery was at exactly 80% and and I think the price was a bit high for it but all in all a decent experience

Refurbished turned Brand New iphone
I placed an order for a refurbished Iphone 13 Pro Max 128GB and it was delivered within 3 days.
I expected a fairly used Iphone, surprisingly I got a brand new Iphone with 100% battery life. There is no single scatch on the phone.
Phone came in its original Apple box. I keep wondering if this iphone had ever been used.
I will recommend Mobile Advantage.

reasonable prices for a large selection of different iPhones in various conditions and models. Very easy purchasing process, fast delivery and overall great phone working perfectly and looks nearly brand new considering it was ‘good’ condition.

The customer service over chat was really great experience, knowledgeable advisor and speedy response.
Lost one star only on (no key to open sim) plus potentially need to review number of stores to drop items to. The store was a good 20 mins walk away for my partner. Not a problem, just in terms of convenience of pick up thinking about other customers with differing needs or caring responsibilities. Quick service though in terms of delivery and great to have 0% interest free payment plan. Great for sustainability as well. Phone was in excellent condition. Thanks

In terms of the pickup shops we are working on a better solution, we are trialling a new service called Reverse IT where the courier delivers your new device and collects your trade in at the same time.

First Time User - refurbished iphone.
I am a first time user and my experience to date has been good. I have only just received the item so I cannot comment yet on the durability, however so far I have observed the following -
Delivery was quick and the product was packaged well.
I was nervous about this item as it is the first refurbished phone I have bought. The item I ordered was 'excellent' condition and so far, I would agree with this.

Delivery was not in 72 hours as claimed…
Delivery was not in 72 hours as claimed on all documentation. After 120 hours I still do not have it. There was only 1 email to confirm when the item may arrive and no way to track it. The explanation for not delivering is that the item was in an EU warehouse. Rather a poor excuse as if you had proper stock tracking you would know where the item is and how long it would take to deliver.

We have both a EU Warehouse and UK Warehouse, as we shop to both the UK and the EU we divide the stock up between them,
Normally this is not an issue as we would get the device shipped to us next day delivery from the EU unfortunately on your order there was some courier delays that are really frustrating not just for you but for us as well.
To ship goods over to us we use a courier like DPD, we do not have our own private delivery company, we rely on couriers like DPD as they are the options.
We always have an estimated time frame of when the item will be delivered, we pay for next day delivery but unfortunately delays can occur and we cannot do anything about this.
We emailed you as soon as we knew about the delay but unfortunately it got delayed further,
We are very sorry about the service that was provided to you and we will strive to do better in the future.
