Comes through again!
Once again, MobileEdge has come through with flying colors! I had an old backpack that was in pretty rough shape, because it had been used for more than 400,000 miles, I did RV transport and then cargo transport. I contacted MobileEdge in reference to getting it repaired and Deborah Miller told me to send it in along with a note of what needed to be repaired and they would see if it could be repaired or if it would be replaced. I sent the backpack in and 2 days after they received it, I received an email saying that the backpak could not be repaired and that they were sending me a new one with extended straps like I requested. She also said that they were sending a couple of longer straps for the backpack that I had ordered to replace that one so I could have the straps extended to fit me better.
This is the type of customer service that every company should strive to provide for their customers. Needless to say, I have told many people over the years about the quality of the backpack and recently about the experience that I have had after contacting the company about repairs to the old backpack.
I will definitely be recommending the company to anyone looking for a laptop backpack for 2 reasons: First is the quality and workmanship of the backpack. Second is the customer service that is provided when an issue arrives that is just due to regular use of the backpack. If the issues with the backpack would have been due to my own misuse/abuse, I would have just bought a new one and be done with it, that is how good the product is made.
