Good Trade In Offer Value
Gave me a good value for my old Samsung, ended up choosing to send it in myself and pay those charges, couldn't be bothered waiting for the return parcel and I wanted to have insurance on the parcel which sorta meant I had to pay myself for the shipping anyways as my post office informed it couldn't be "added on" so I paid $20 ish to send it in, got exactly as quoted about 2 weeks after mailing it off (I'm in WA so it took a week to get there anyways) then +3 business for them to assess and another +3 for the payment to come in, all in all though, was smooth and efficient in the end though

The prompt customer service response when I had questions. Not the 48 hours some companies take.
The free postage and the price I received for my device which was the original quote and much more than the quote I received from Apple. Thank you mobile monsters I will return.
