Not easy to get cover..

Tried sending IMEI details various times, but each time, the photos were unacceptable. Despite following guidelines, even then was unsuccessful. Gave up and went to another company for cover.

Quick Policy Change

I recently upgraded my mobile and needed to get insurance cover. I had an existing policy for my old phone so I contacted then to change cover. They were very helpful, I got a response within 45minutes giving clear guidance what to do.
I supplied details of the new mobile and they changed the policy quickly and received a 5% loyalty reduction on the new premium. Thank you

When i updated them via email with my…

When i updated them via email with my new phone info that wasnt yet on their site, they were prompt with getting it added and reassured me.
It was only delayed because my upgraded phone was newly out so not there fault.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I’ve been a long standing customer who put a legitimate claim in only to have it rejected on a whimsical reason and then they expect me to carry on the policy when the phone has been stolen!!!

Good luck claiming

Gooooood luck claiming. Took me 3 days of running around, calling about, to get all the “back up” they required to make a successful claim. Luckily for me, EE was able to help provide a lot of it but if your network provider doesn’t pride itself in good customer service, you won’t make it past this.

I feel that they make the process almost impossible to complete to avoid paying out.
