The call handler was helpful and understanding of our needs. He located a tyre and fitter very quickly and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to ensure we were updated. He followed up to ensure the work had been completed and we were happy. Great service, thank you.

I got stuck on a customers drive after getting a flat tyre on my van. The process was very simple and while you clearly pay more for having an urgent replacement if you need to get on with your day quickly this was a life saver. Saj arrived in less than an hour and was very polite and efficient and couldn't fault him at all.

I hit a pothole and needed a replacement tyre. I was sceptical but the service they offered was great. They had to go and get the tyre I needed but arrived after about 90 minutes and sorted it out straight away. Very professional and helpful.

Fantastic service. I would say Kieron was my knight in shining armour or bright orange van. I was given his number by a work colleague after I had a tyre blow out and the RAC couldn’t come out until the next day! I am so glad because he helped me from when I called him, telling me where to look on the tyres for the sizes and found me at the service station only 30 minutes after. He even came out and his tea had gone cold. What a star and I am forever grateful! Thanks again. Your number is now saved in my phone for if I ever need it and I will certainly recommend your services

My 87 year old father had a tire blow out and after not getting through to RAC after 40 mins on phone called me, I also waited ages trying to speak to someone at RAC. Found this company via Google, called, gave my dads mobile and they did the rest.
Fitter arrived within 1 hour and got my dad on his way again. After getting no response calling my dads mobile and being worried, I called Mobile Tyre Fitter and they called the fitter for me to confirm he had attended, dad was ok and on his way home to put my mind at rest.
Cost was well worth it and dad normally being famous for being tight, was more than happy with the price charged just to get him home again.

Do not trust tyre quality!!!!

Timing & Tyre Quality Disappointing

The technicians were friendly, easy to deal with, and the payment process was secure and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the overall service.

The estimated arrival time kept being pushed back from the original quote while I was stranded at the roadside, which was frustrating. Also, just two months after the tyre replacement, I had a puncture and noticed the tyre had worn badly, it had had 2 previous repairs before it was fitted on my car.

Based on my experience, I can’t recommend the service despite the friendly staff.

Good service, it took a couple of hours for the fitter to arrive, luckily we were in a supermarket carpark so it was a comfortable wait, the fitter did a great job and we were on our way.u

Expensive and should probably have phoned around local companies to cut out the middle man, but when you're stressed out in an emergency, you don't think. They said 90 minutes and it was actually 2 hr 45, but can't fault the guys who came. They were great and got us sorted in ten minutes.

Very poor service.
Arranged a fitter who was not made aware I was roadside. Advised wait time of 60-90 minutes, 3 hours later he was still an hour away.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Was called multiple times when I asked for details to complain with the call handler laughing at me down the phone and sending a cheeky and rude follow up message on WhatsApp. Definitely would not use again.

Super quick and easy to deal with. Really helpful and supportive when I got stuck on the side of the motorway. Highly recommend!!
