Avoid - long waits and poor service

Quoted 1–2 hours, ended up waiting nearly 3.5 hours by the roadside. Every time I called, the ETA kept increasing.

When they finally arrived, the fitter took almost an hour due to difficulties fitting the tyre.

Poor communication and unreliable service. Would not use again.

Caveat Emptor - buyer beware

I sent a WhatsApp message for a quotation.
Someone phoned back quoting £399 for fitting one specified tyre.
Same tyre available elsewhere for just over half that price.
Settled on a different company, same tyre, fully fitted at my home, total cost under £210.
CAVEAT EMPTOR !

Avoid

When they came out to tyre was repairable, they didnt want to repair and wanted to change as he brought a new tyre with him, then when the man on phone agreed to repair he done temporary repair when i was told he would fully repair the tyre. I asked for a receipt he asked me why i wanted one i told him i want to complain he then told me he wont give me one and threatened to come to my house if i have a problem. Very aggresive would definetly avoid.

Very good experience

Very good experience. They came out to replace a flat tyre i had and kept me informed along the way as to how far they were. Came and did the job very fast.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Would give zero stats if possible. They sent out 2 rather suspicious characters to come and change my flat tyre. They took my tyre off and then for the next hour began to wrestle with a new tyre to do the repair when it became clear the replacement tyre wasnt the correct one at all. Different size altogether despite me giving them the correct spec of tyre. They argued that they could fix it and that it was okay. They quickly became confrontational and I told them to put the old wheel back on and I'd get someone else to come and fix the wheel. They reluctantly did as they were asked but then demanded £20-£30 just for the inconvenience. Keeping in mind I'd already paid a £60 deposit - they DIDN'T fix my tyre and had the cheek to ask for another £20-£30.. Absolute scumbags. Needless to say they got nothing else. AVOID THIS ROTTEN COMPANY!
