A very speedy delivery but I was not…
A very speedy delivery but I was not informed that the delivery was being made. However, someone was at home to receive the wheelchair which seems extremely suitable but as yet has not been put to the test.

never bought a wheelchair…
We have never bought a wheelchair before. It was a bit of a minefield. We picked one that mum liked the took of and then checked off all we wanted ie standard seat, black wheels and self propulsion. It arrived 2 days after ordering very pleased. Thank you😀

Excellent Value for a premium wheelchair
I'd researched lightweight wheelchairs for occasional use with my Mum and really liked the Karma Ergo Lite 2 but it was a lot more expensive than other models I'd looked at. I found the Karma model online at Mobility2you.com for a really good price and so decided I could justify the bit extra for what I consider to be the best option for us. The wheelchair was delivered in 3 days and we're delighted with it and it was easy to opt out of the VAT online due to Mum's health condition. The only reason I've deducted a star is because we received no tracking number or notification regarding the delivery.

Ordered said was preparing to ship asked questions re vat free that was accepted then said wheelchair had been recently removed because of concerns and refunded money. I asked them what the problem was because this product is still on sale with lots of companies but no response. They are still advertising this wheelchair.

Dear Rita. Thank you for your feedback. Nothing disappoints us more than not being able to supply a product. I can assure you that we are not selling this wheelchair in the size you ordered and will be unable to do so for several weeks at least. We also have over 100 retail outlets and are unable to sell it there also. I cannot comment on other retailers unfortunately.
We take immense pride in being able to supply thousands of mobility products in a quick, efficient and seamless manner. We respect that these items are very important to our customers too. I am extremely sorry that we have let you down on this occasion.

We are very sorry about your experience. On this very rare occasion we had to withdraw this specific wheelchair from distribution due to a regulatory issue. We always go to extreme lengths to supply a product but have little control in certain situations. Our quality control standards are extremely high and therefore we will reluctantly remove a product from sale if it is in our customers interest. We had no choice but to refund you, which we did immediately.
