No communication and no goods!

No communication and no goods!
Ordered with this company twice now, the first time they short shipped and just sent a credit with no communication. The second time although it showed goods in stock they took the order, then credited it back without saying anything! Not good if the items you order are urgent.
Avoid them at all costs.
