Fast delivery but item arrived damaged and customer service did not respond to emails. I had to contact the manufacturer directly and they were able to send a replacement part directly.

Good company but be warned about lack of delivery info
Delivery was quite rapid and customer team were very helpful. However, DPD do not keep you updated on the tracking, apparently you have to do that yourself.

I have just looked into your order. We have a Proof of Delivery for this item being delivered by DPD on Thursday 30th November at 14:34. I am awfully sorry that you feel you have not received it yet. On the DPD tracking the delivery time and a photo is provided. I will surely contact the courier in the morning. We had no idea this had not been delivered until your message as our systems show a completed delivery with a photo and signature.

5/5 starts as the delivery was quick…
5/5 starts as the delivery was quick and I love my new walking stick with style , I not been able to get one for months as my old one broke so I was excited when I picked this one . Good Strong nice style handle with strap that helps you keep the walking stick attached to your wrist instead of dropping on the floor and ruin the style . I deffo will be coming back to mobility 2 U in the future . Keep up the good work .
