Wrong items delivered.
Cushions missing
Impossible to contact anyone.
So frustrating

Should have read them reviews before ordering! Ordered one item in June, first ever order and didnt hear anything from the company after. Emailed twice for an ETA but nothing. Recieved my refund via clearpay ( they couldnt get a response either) today. What a waste of time.

** update - never received an email as claimed , no response to payment provider either. Luckily refunded via clearpay

Rattan started to break down after 2 years on one of the seats and Moda won't honour the 7 year warranty as they said they are a new company as the old company went into administration. Stop selling the same furniture and change the name of the compnay then!

Delivery company were great but delivery said 3-5 days and was more like two weeks.
Fair enough, was good enough to accept that.

It arrives and boxes were filthy. Must have been in warehouse for years.
Also looked opened and resealed.

This stuff was not cheap, nearly £2k so had high expectations but sadly found manufacturing defects on a part, damage on a large table and egg chair.

2 days waiting for a reply and no response so far.

My next step will be to contact my bank to recover some of the money. Maybe then they will react.

Edit - Hi Georgina, no reply for days on end.
Eventually I heard back and the damaged table was sorted but parasol (which looks like could be used?!) is not resolved and the marked egg chair arm unresolved.

My furniture order 1000100025 was ordered on 18th July and we paid in full including for express delivery. Told it would be 3 to 5 days.
It has not arrived
We have emailed several times, messaged on twitter, gone through the ticket process more than once and ring every day but an automated voice tells us they’ve had to shut down the lines due to demand.
The company have our money, we don’t have their product and they are ucontactable.
My daughter is also awaiting an order made on 17the July which she has paid for and not received. She has also tried to make contact but failed.

Decent furniture - customer services non existent, paid a fortune for set up, guys had no interest in installing when got here, said it was raining???? Bits wrong, he said he'd informed HQ - no call, contacted now several tomes over months - nothing, going to have to go through my card company.

Ordered a lantern, after a week I received an email asking me to select a delivery date which I responded to to confirm, I then after another week received a voicemail in broken English advising my item is no longer available and asking me to choose a different item instead from a list they were emailing me, email never received. I have emailed the company to advise I want to cancel my order as did not want a different item but I have had no response. Please avoid at all costs!!

Well like many people I ordered and then read the reviews. I was worried like hell. I need not worry. I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. Can't praise the whole process enough.

We ordered back in May, hadn’t read any recent reviews, no concerns. They called to arrange delivery, time slot arrived the day before, all good so far… On delivery day 3 of 5 items arrived, just our luck! No problem must be a mistake we’ll contact them… and that’s where we ran into difficulties. Very hard to contact, eventually after messages with social media team, I received a reply to our email. We then dealt with Shahid who was helpful and thorough and did call back when he said he would, the following week two items were collected and four delivered - happy days. We then discovered one was damaged, another email to head office, no reply via email at all but an out of the blue phone-call arranging to swap the damaged sofa. They again turned up and exchanged the damaged one and we now have a full set.

Lovely products, just a shame the communication is lacking, I was ready to claim on our credit card if needed but luckily all sorted… 🤞🏻

Great products & great service. A call to arrange delivery, a call again the day before to confirm, followed by tracking. The delivery guys polite and professional. Thanks Renado & Ahmed

As other have said there is no contact number. No response to emails. The 7 year warranty is not being honoured as they do not respond to emails.my advice would be NOT to but from here.

I firmly believe they are a scam company. They take your money, you receive nothing. They are impossible to contact. I have reported them to trading standards, they are under investigation, I wasn’t the first to raise this either.

I ordered my garden furniture direct rather than going through a second party and now I regret this! I’ve waited two
Months nearly and you have my money but I still don’t have my furniture! No one answers the phone or email, I assume my next step is trading standards.

After reading these reviews I wasn't confident on delivery or any communication. However despite taking nearly two weeks to deliver my rattan garden set I was offered the option of two delivery dates and kept informed throughout. The only email that appears to work is the 'helpdesk' one.
On the day of delivery I received several emails for times and tracking.

No contact at all - delivery not arrived at all. Really poor service. Might actually be a scam I'm not sure.

The 7 year guarantee seems worthless. We spent over £5K on outdoor furniture and the rattan has split and fallen apart rendering the cushions box, dining table and coffee table worthless.
Trying to get in touch seems impossible, no reply to email, can’t get through to speak to anyone and the showroom in Trafford is always closed.
Can someone from Moda please contact me!!

This companies product is disgusting. The material they use for the ratan is certainly not durable unlike other manufacturers. It becomes brittle within a year and breaks. The company reinvented itself a few years ago as they had loads of warranty claims against themselves which they didn't honour and then went into receivership. The new Moda company is no different. Product is identical with the exact same problem as before. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless of course you want to purchase substandard quality at a high price.

I want to say I am totally thrilled at the service this company gave me. From start to finish it was incredibly easy. Order placed, received a phone call the following day to arrange delivery. Text message & tracking option along with a phone call from the drivers too! I was exceedingly concerned based on the reviews which is why I felt this review needed to be written.

The quality of the furniture has been wonderful. I cannot fault it. Easy to build too. It looks wonderful.

The ONLY thing I should have done was to book the extra option for the furniture to be built (table only) and all boxes to be recycled, but this was my choice. Other than this, all went smoothly & I will be utilising this company in the future.

We have had a first class experience with this company.. ordered during their big discount sale 13 days ago and our rattan furniture set arrived today. Everything exactly as we would wish it to be and love the moda product it’s good quality - Hamza in customer service has been amazing as every time I emailed he would email back within 24 hrs. He also called me to let me know my delivery slot and the delivery company Premier Delivery with Deon and Benny arrived at 8.20am this morning after driving through the night. I was sent live tracking information so could follow my order. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. Hamza emailed me back 3 times to reassure me all was well with my order. I can not fault the price, the product or the service and after reading so many negative reviews I have been very worried about this order. I am delighted to be sitting on beautiful furniture tonight -
