I've been shopping at Modakawa, and I have to say their clothes are a refreshing change from what you typically find in both retail stores and online shops. They're fun and cute, offering a unique style that sets them apart.
One thing that could use improvement is the delivery time. It does take quite a while to receive your order, and I'm hoping that Modakawa can work on speeding up their delivery process in the future. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still find their clothing selection worth the wait.

I purchased an adult killer whale…
I purchased an adult killer whale sleeping bag as a gift in which I paid $75 for the unique sleeping bag. Upon receival of this item I found it to be defective.
I made numerous attempts to request a refund. When I found a customer service number, the call would discontinue after the first ring. I’ve emailed the company to be told that a refund would be issue once the item was returned. Well, they do not provide returning shipping labels and it would cost me be well over $127 to return it!
Not only am I out of the $75, I’m now stuck with an item that I cannot give as gift.

The clothes are fun and cute
The clothes are fun and cute. Different from what you would normally see from usual retail and online shops. The fabrics are good but I’ve received two pieces that the fabric is like plastic. But all the others so far are okay. The only issue I have is that the delivery takes so long. I hope this is something Modakawa improves soon.

I bought strapless bras which are advertised as supportive. What I got was 2 x bras that fall down straight away. I’ve been offered 20% and 30% money back.. what a waste of money. Defo won’t be shopping here again: I was never asked for pictures. Seems like a scam to me

VERY Poor Customer Service
I bought a bat clothing piece out of their recent ads. After it arrived i tried it on and the zipper instantly popped off the rails cuz the teeth popped . I asked to return it upon which they asked for a photo which i dont need to provide as i have the right to return it. Instead of just sending me the return label they kept arguing about this wanting proof and clearly not trusting their customer nor creating any value for me from their customer support. Its despicable i wasted 60 euros on very poor quality clothing. Dont buy here unless you want to be ripped off!

Clothing was damaged upon arrival. Unable to get replacement/refund.
Bad packaging. Product arrived damaged.
Extremely difficult to get replacement for damaged clothing.
Product price is very expensive consider that the clothing material is cheap and customer service is bad.
