The fact that my order arrives in excellent condition, is made of good material and that the company has taken the time to answer my questions seems to me sufficient reason for its 5 stars.Having made the order, I waited a week and my shipping support did not appear, but they took the time to look for my shipment and my data to help me with this situation.
In addition, my order arrived earlier than I thought, being from Latin America, I thought it would take a month or a little longer.

My experience so far was great besides that one dress I bought didn‘t look the same as it did on the picture. They said they rather give me a 20% off the dress instead of sending it back.

The crop sweater I purchased was a bit heavier than I anticipated, but is of nice quality and knit!

This was my first time buying something with Modakawa, so I initially only ordered a single set of shorts.

I am very happy with the shorts. They fit perfectly, and we're good quality, which surprised me. They looked exactly as shown on their website, too. I ordered them around 22nd of May, and received them on June 2nd. So the wait wasn't too long for an international package.

I gave them 4 stars only, because I did not like the packaging it came in. I thought from the look of it, that the shorts wouldn't be of a good quality. But I was so happy that wasn't the case at all. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The clothing came pretty quickly! The clothes are cute, comfortable, and good quality overall. I would definitely recommend it!

The item I purchased arrived relatively fast and the overall shopping experience was very smooth and fast. Packaging was nice and the clothing was in good shape, materials feel nice and fit for the piece.

However, the pants I ordered (Pure colour high waist split wide leg pants MK13324) were probably one of the most unflattering ones I've ever tried on. On the pictures the pants seem to open up nicely towards the bottom, but when I put them on they just fell down flat from my waist. They were hardly as pleated as in the pictures, and especially the back side looked really flat and straight up bad. As I'm also quite tall, they seemed to be a bit short for me, but that wouldn't have been a problem had the pants had actual shape. The drawstring on the waist was also a weird experience. The string doesn't go all around the waist, but is instead sewed on the front leaving around 10cm of space for tightening. And since it doesn't go all around, it leaves a very ugly clump of fabric to the front.

I won't be returning these as it was impossible to open the packaging in a way that didn't... destroy it, and I'm not willing to pay for the return. Will be turning these into a skirt and hopefully won't be buying anything as bad again.

I’ve never had a problem with them, but rest assured what they say their size is is what their size is don’t think maybe you can “squeeze” into it.

They are Asian sizes and I have a longer body so they can be a bit short on me. The quality varies from product to product but I’m happy to pay sale price don’t think I would ever purchase something at full price though.

They send lots of coupons to me which is appreciated, though in this economy I haven’t ordered much from them since I just don’t have the funds right now so that’s slowed down a bit but if you do order from them quite frequently they do seem to pay attention and give you rewards (free items) or coupons for your next purchase.

There was also one shirt they had that I had ordered that wasn’t up to their quality standard so they emailed me and asked if I wanted something else or a refund and were prompt to give me a refund which is appreciated.

Edit: since posting this review I received the refund so have improved the score to a 3star.
Although they have asked me to remove the bad review as it is a manufacturing fault and I could always return the items I will be leaving it up as a international buyer shipping back isn't really an option and I think an honest review about quality of some of their more popular items is worth others seeing before purchasing.

Suprisingly that free flash sale that seems too good to be true was legit and I received both items.

But as a oversees customers I spent over £70 on shipping and was disappointed that it arrived in a badly ripped plastic bag!

Then when I opened it the quality of the clothing and the descriptions/measurements were varied. I have reached out to there sales team.

OK quality fabric, measurements were all off my 5cm but as I'm a UK10-12 so it still fitted fine.

Design is nice but the main fabric is a cheap lycra and for a medium it's a small fit. Most annoying it arrived with a small hole in the back seam where the overlooking had missed in manufacturing.

The worst one, a one size advertised as a 'oversized' sweater was tiny on (more like a child's jumper) measured 10cm shorter when layed flat but even worse when on!

I have purchased multiple orders from this company and I am a huge fan. Shipping is fast considering it's from China to the US. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my outfits, the material is soft and feels high quality. I will definitely continue to purchase from them.

I will admit that not every item was exactly what I expected but that was more due to user error than anything. Now I've been more diligent about zooming in on the details of the item because when I would be disappointed in something I would double check the image and it was in there but I just didn't notice.
The way item looks on the model won't exactly look the same on me due to differences in body shape. I always double check the size prior to purchasing since Asian sizes are not the same as Western sizes.
I've only had the wrong item sent once but customer service was very prompt and I was able to use the incorrect item for something else.

The ONLY issues I have with their items is the hems on straps. An example was a ribbon belt was fraying at the ends because it was just cut across from a longer ribbon. These are very quick fixes for me and helps me practice my sewing skills. For the price I pay, I don't find this to be much of an issue.

Great shipping for how far it is from the US and the website was easy to navigate. The clothes feel really nice to the touch and are cute. Definitely recommend.

This is where I buy all my clothes. I been buying my clothes and shoes here for 2-3 years. It’s my favorite store.

I love this company because of all the cute clothes that it provides! Everything I see, I just want to buy! The packaging is good and it arrives in a timely fashion considering the distance. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because of the price. I can’t buy many things from this brand because I honestly can’t afford it. I know that this company needs money to continue existing, but $50 for a dress is out of my price range. I would like to be sent more deals that is within my price range of a teenager who doesn’t make much and has to buy gas and pay car insurance.

I bought quite a few things from them and I'm very happy with my purchase! It arrived relatively quickly (in around 2-3 weeks) and everything looked just like the pictures. Their size chart is accurate, so as long as you follow it you shouldn't have a problem with sizing.
One item did come in the wrong size, so I contacted them with a picture of it and they were very attentive and sent me the item in the correct size (this took a bit longer to arrive, almost a month).
All in all I am very happy with my purchase and will buy from them again.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and the product looked exactly like in the photos. It might even be my new favorite piece of clothing! I see myself wearing it all the time, especially when it's warmer outside.

They have a fast delivery and the quality of their products worth the price. They have the cutest clothes and have great customer service.
