STOLE MY MONEY AND DIDN'T SEND ME THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR
Never had issues ordering from Modanisa until my recent order where the company did NOT ship two of the items I paid for. I reached out and told them I didn’t receive two of the suits and they said that in their system it shows it was sent and delivered and asked me to send a photo. A photo of what? The items I did NOT receive. They STOLE my money and did not send me the items I paid for. So disappointed in this so called Islamic company that STEALS from customers money and doesn’t send them items they paid for. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Very bad business
Very bad business. Items are of appalling quality and do not match photos. Customer service are dishonest and unhelpful aswell. Muslim brothers a d sisters avoid this company please.
UPDATE already tried to resolve the issue with your customer service and their level of help was appalling. So I will never be shopping with you again.

Will purchase again from Modanisa
Ordered for the first time and everything ordered arrived in a timely manner. Actually, my package came in quicker than expected. The items purchased were also as described, except one. An instant Hijab. It was smaller than expected and the inner undercap was NOT stitched in the center of the scarf, making it a bit awkward. The hijab is still nice, not for me, but would make a nice gift for a younger person.
As I did not have any issues, I can not speak for CS or Returns.

I ordered 5 dresses. 2 of them to give as gifts. I got them in quickly and was able to give the dresses as gifts before the holiday. Modanisa told me that I would get my package by April 19th. I received it April 19th at 12:35 pm. I was very happy with my purchase and God willing will order again real soon.

No customer service
Very disappointed in Modanisa’s customer service. I placed an order, never received it (delivered at wrong adress) and never got any help from customer service. No money nor clothes. This was the first and last time shopping at modanisa for me.

Don't trust their delivery dates
This is the first time I order from Modanisa and it will be my last......their delivery dates are very inaccurate. When I ordered it said estimated delivery date was April 17- April 21.......every time I check my purchase status and where it is: it says "in procurement"..... it haven't even shipped.......I only ordered cause I was expecting to get my order on the specific dates for a special occasion..I spoke to customer service today and all she said is she will create a case when I told her if it's not coming on time I would like a refund......god knows when this case will be solved..very frustrating...it's very disappointing when you order something and expect receive your package on the date they provided you. Earning your customers trust is #1 rule that every online store should fulfill. Save your disappointment and frustration and just order from a trusted online store like amazon, Shein, etc.. who will actually ship on time...
