I received the wrong items. Emailed them to return and sort the issue out am they sent me a lable to print out. I don't have ink so I had to buy some and then print out. The label did not work at my local post office so I kept trying multiple others as they told me to go to different one as the other ones are bigger and would accept. Finally tried for the last time a week after the 3o days return and it didn't work and they told me to go back to a post office I tried. Obviously what happened is the labels I had were fake and does not work. THIS is after spending 60 gbp on customs to get items that were being sent back.
When it came to printing the label it was very difficult as it would not show up clearly this is after the hassle of getting the ink to print.
After sorting the printing issue I have been to several parcel shop to return it and it was not accepted. I tried again for the final time yesterday at a different place and still did not work. After I tried multiple places and tried on my end. It's not my Fault that this has occurred I obviously was sent the wrong item and wrong lable and now being made to feel like it's my fault. The return process has been a nightmare and is not made easy for the customers.

Unclear with your product description incorrectly sizing wrong products sent returns has been difficult woth wrong unworking labels been sent out. I was willing to pay for the returns but it still won't work have been trying at multiple places to get the parcels accepted. To top it off I paid a large sum at customs just to return it and lost out on that money

Third time they promised they'll get in touch to refund me over $100 that I'm owed- I returned the items almost 3 months ago- and despite the fact that they answer this review saying they'll get in touch with me, they don't! Really insane

I contacted customer service multiple times for a delivery that's horrendously late. Over a month of lateness. I paid 10.99 pounds for delivery and contacted them by email over 10 times seeking updates or a refund. They keep performatively saying they're working on it rather than refunding me.

I had to return a number of items from my first and only order with this company because sizing is incredibly inconsistent and one of the items actually arrived damaged. I notified customer care but besides having to follow up on my own refund after the return had been received by the company, I was only given a partial refund not covering all returned items. The after sales service at this company is shocking and it’s not worth the effort and long delivery wait times.

Rubbish material. I tried a lot of clothes from this website all of them not good quality with high price. Plus if you want to return they didn’t give you full refund so that is kind of scam. Be aware. As they responded to me here in this review so I sent to them order details and already contacted them before to return the Abaya and get refund so they refused so I put it in rubbish bin. by email the abaya had bad material and broken from above seriously rubbish so I feel I lost my £60 that I paid. I sent them an email with details and told them to refund my £60 if seriously want help but I am 💯 they will not refund at all. They just respond to my email now as they said they can't help because of time while already long time ago I asked for refund however that is confirm they know their products are rubbish and it is better for them to keep the £60 really scam company and you can see they had a lot of bad reviews as well.

I ordered some items three were excellent, two were so-so and two were garbage. I emailed the company,explaining the condition of the items I received. One did not look like the one pictured, it was about 6" shorter than the one pictured and could not be a "tunic" as described and one was very wrinkled when I received it,but worst of all it had belt loops but no belt was included. It was meant to be a gift, but is totally useless. The company gave me the option of returning 2 of the items but I would have to pay shipping which is not worth it

Took my money and kept stating they've tried to delivered but had not done so. No refund given either. They are scamming people for their money and not delivering. I will ensure this site get closed down by the citizens advice layers. The UK will shut it down, this is fraudulence.

Prices have ridiculously increased to a point I had to contact the Turkish manufacturer and see if they can ship me their items instead. I used to buy FD sports tops for exercise for CAD$35-70 from modanisa. But now they are charging CAD$170-270. What in the world! We are not stupid. FD sports website has the same prices in Turkish Lira as the older prices, why the increase. Just because we live in the west doesn’t mean you can exploit our money that way. Alternatives will be available very soon and you will go out of business if you don’t go back to your original prices.

Worst service. They send you defect item and when you complain you recieve voucher with no info of terms and conditions. The amount was 23€ but you can only use if you buy for over 40€ and nobody tell you that and when you contact them they tell you too bad. So now have defect item and no compensation

I wish I could give 0 stars. The quality and sizings are awful, overpriced too.
The returns are the worst in this time and age. I bought stuff worth $276 USD and wanted to return some items because of quality and sizing, the cheapest return shipping fee was $144. Tried contacting them for a prepaid return label but they refused, Just imagine paying all this for a return. There's almost no business/website that doesn't offer free returns nowadays.

Disappointed, not recommended. I made an order for Eid clothes, the package didn't arrive on the designated time, customer service says "the delivery company could not deliver it" and asked me to pick it up from a pick up point. The delivery company never came to deliver the package and didn't send me the delivery id or qr to be able to pick up my package. I lost my time and money.

I have ordered with them before, many many times. Didn't order for few months. Wanted to order today again. Was shocked!! Instant scarf that I bought 4 months ago for £11.70 is now suddenly £255.74 other I bought £16.80 is now £388.84
Are they serious!!! £388 for an item that was £16 before!! I am not placing any orders anymore with this ridiculous prices! Shame on you modanisa.
