AVOID SCAMMERS

AVOID SCAMMERS. So I ordered a dress for my honeymoon and when it came I was beyond shocked, half the dress was missing the pattern that was supposed to be all over it. I contacted customer service and they said they would arrange a courier to pick up the dress to process the refund. They have ignored all my emails and have now changed the pictures on the website, luckily I screenshot the picture of the original dress. I’ve only ordered twice with them and both times they were appalling, the first time I had two dresses that had makeup on it and also the stitching had come off, again I had to chase them for a refund but with my 2nd order they have just ignored me. I have now had to open a claim with my bank as the dress was £41!

The worst online shopping experience of…

The worst online shopping experience of my life. Bought 2 dresses, one came with a cut in its front, and the second is a catfish, totally different from the picture with the worst quality.

Have been in the refund process for 3 months, they keep telling that they made the refund, but nothing appears on my account.

Horrible company and would never shop there again.

Appalling customer services

My daughter ordered some dresses. She was given estimated delivery dates. Those dates past and I had to buy another set of dresses for my daughters. My daughter has tried contacting the company several times by phone and email and has been totally ignored. She tried returning online but they are asking for £30+ to return. They have not accepted that there delivery was late, and have failed to communicate. I personally have got involved now and still waiting for a reply. No response from this awful company. Quick to take money, no communication to rectify there mistake of late delivery.

Finally I get a generic reply. Firstly you have not accepted the late delivery on your side. Dates given for arrival were not met by yourselves.
Secondly I had to buy alternative dresses and as a company you should accept responsibility on your late delivery and offer some solution to a problem that you have occurred. You missed the delivery date, not me and as you keep saying you ship all-over then you should have definite latest arrival times. So people in the future can decide if they are going to purchase or not.

I have spend on modanisa on 2 dresses…

I have spend on modanisa on 2 dresses and a bed cover, the bed spread looks nothing like the one they advertised on their website.

The dresses are very small compared to the size they advertised, my daughter wears 12 but size 18 which was mine actually fitted her. The material of the dress on the Website looks like silk was sold at £115 reduced to £37, but the real dresses look like rubber and smell like plastic. Asked them to return back, they said it will cost me £30 to ship the items back! What the hell? Avoid this company it's all scam. I feel like the company is under new management, it wasn't like this before, Modanisa was never perfect, but wasn't this awful.You are better off buying from shein.

How can the dress on the model be so different to the one i actually got....

Most horrible experience ever i saw what i thought was a beautiful red/maroonish dress on the model which i wanted to wear on my graduation and when it arrived i was shocked it was a completely different colour (deep purple) not only this it looked like leather material!!!!! Cannot believe they are selling this dress for £37 for that material it is so horrible and smells awful too. Literally could not believe my eyes when i saw the dress in person and then went to check again if it was the one i ordered, they will make dresses look good so you buy it then send you a cheap version of the dress please avoid at all costs. I will obviously be returning the dress for which i will only be refunded £7 as apparently it costs £30 to ship it back complete fraud that is. Never again. Stick to shein or ASOS guys.

They keep your money

Update: Modanisa are asking for my order number so here it is 76151875. It’s taken two years and still no refund. They told me to open a dispute via PayPal when they know it’s too late. PayPal said they can refund anytime but they are deliberately sending me round in circles for a refund of £62.38. Let’s see if they resolve it now, not holding my breath.

They do not refund correctly. The refund received is less than the amount they say they have refunded you on their portal/ receipts. Or the refund never arrives and they keep closing the case. I have no idea who they have as 'customer service' representatives but they are awful. They act ignorant and do not answer all questions and just close your case. They don't escalate to anyone when you ask to speak to a manager. This company is a total scam. Which is shame as they are doing it in the name of Islam. They still owe me money and I will have to check the legal route actions available. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

Ridiculous return fees

I ordered a dress from Modanisa. It was a pretty dress, however, it was tight on my daughter. When I went to return it I was advised it would cost £30 to return!!! Only option to Express return no option for cheaper return. The dress cost £44 and does not weigh much. Only order if you don’t mind paying ridiculous return postage fees if you have to return. I will not be ordering from Modanisa again. My niece was about to order from Modanisa too. Thankfully warned her before she placed an order.

Poor Quality items and Used cream received

Bought few items. Some had serious quality issues(weaving issues in the fabric itself seen on front of one dress); another one was of very poor workmanship (threads coming out from all sides), another dress looked too dull and old stock and very different to the web site. The worst of all was a cream. When I opened, the foil was already opened and cream was leaking all over the place!. This looks they had send me a used cream, Very unhygienic practice. Their Whatsapp option of contact is of no use and they do not have UK number. i completed the form to return all the items , but no option for cream. I had to pay return postage of more than £10.00! This is not what i had expected. I have sent email with attached pictures. if they do not take off postage, I will again update the review
UPDATE
After this review the company started engaging and wanted me to send pictures of the labels of the items and the faults and the Moisturiser cream picture(twice) .
Reply received with a free return label, but they mentioned only 3 items with all wrong or incorrect label numbers. Again, lot of stress and inconvenience.
Will update when all the issues are resolved.

Bad quality very expensive service

Ordered turban hijab and a dress, came very small and nothing like the pictures!
I had to pay £10 just for the return slip, and the refund money was less than the price I payed for the item.
Horrible experience never again!

Return dresses but I didn't receive my money

Hi,
I sent back three dresses on 22of April, because they are small in size, I received refund of £24.92 on 27 of April for one dress only and less than I paid for it . I paid £134.80 for three dresses. I need my money back ASAP, I did call the customer service many times but no action has been made yet. I sent many emails but nothing happened this dresses should be aid dresses but the second eid near and I still can't get my money back. Firt time to order and will be last very bad experience.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I ordered 6 products and they delivered only 2. I reported this immediately and for weeks they have been giving me the runaround that they are looking at CCTV footage and trying to contact fedex to find out what happened. This is a total fraud. I will report this to my credit card company.
