I ordered an item for my N gauge railway on Friday 19/7/24 and received an acknowledgment of my order very quickly. I then received a further notification that the item was in packing and shortly after it had been posted. Royal Mail delivered it on the morning of Saturday 20/7/24. Excellent service, as always, from this seller and I can confidently recommend them. Thank you.

I can't fault my experience.
I wanted some OO gauge ballast for my layout and was pleasantly surprised by the selection available. I paid for the quickest delivery as I was eager to get to work and as promised my purchase arrived the very next day, when I needed further supplies they arrived in good time even when they were sent standard delivery. I can't fault my experience and will be back for further purchases as my layout progresses.

A great business to deal with. My order arrived but there was a slight problem with the contents. I contacted Model Scenery Supplies and they very speedily dealt with the issue. I was sent a replacement item together with a pre-paid postage label so I could return the faulty item at no expense to myself. It always good to get what your expecting from any business but the real mark of quality is when something goes wrong and how well it is dealt with. So it is top marks for Model Scenery Supplies.
