Bag arrived with broken zipper. Emailed company and a replacement was sent out the same day.

Bag very good quality. Just as advertised.

Did test pack and will work just like I hoped it would. Have yet to use on actual trip, so cannot comment on how wrinkled suit will get with travel.

I had some issues with the bag I ordered originally. I contact customer service and they to extraordinary care of me. I love the bag and how it is pockets are laid out and how the bag functions. I travel a lot for work and this bag has been a game changer for me.

Great product overall. Zippers take a bit of work but it's manageable.

I am rating this as a "one star experience" due to the lack of response from your company about a bag quality issue I submitted per your process. Upon packing my bag for the first time, the main zipper down the center fell off the track. It made the bag unusable. This was extremely disappointing since I bought this bag in hopes of using it for a busy work travel schedule in June. At that point, I then submitted a return request on June 10 and received an automatic email from Moderne Gentleman stating that they would provide further instructions to me as soon as they review my request. At the time of this review submission, I am yet to receive further instructions. So I am writing this review in hopes of one, getting a response from Moderne Gentleman about the issue, and two, to get a full refund. I would like to note I was open to the option of exchanging it for a new one but due to your lack of reply, I would like a full refund. The confirmation number is: RMA #9NS7NTAR. With this experience in mind, I caution potential buyers of this product (Moderne Elite | Travel Duffle Bag With Wheels) since it is quite pricy ($299) and has no warranty. The lack of response from Moderne Gentleman is alarming and not respectfully to its buyers. Based on my experience, I would consider another brand if you need a bag of this style and expect prompt customer service.

I purchased this after watching a review (OCD Traveler, I think) to accommodate a suit I'd just purchased for a wedding, requiring plane travel (under 2 hours). Let me just give you the facts. I'm 6'6", 225 lbs., and wear size 15 shoes. This is what I was able to pack for a 3 night trip, NOT including what I was wearing on the plane:
1 suit jacket
1 suit vest
1 suit pants
2 dress shirts
2 pairs of size 15 dress shoes (2 pairs!)
2 ties
2 belts
5 pairs socks
4 pairs underwear
1 pair shorts
1 short-sleeved button up shirt
1 polo shirt
2 t-shirts
toiletries
1 portable steamer

After everything was all packed up, I still had some room, if needed... which I did because I bought more socks and a 4-pack of undershirts and brought them back. It was a little heavy, but I didn't have to cram things in AND it fit in the overhead bin of an Embraer E190. I'd recommend this for this type of travel.

I found this bag online, compared it with the other choices, and gave it a shot.

I have used it once, and it's a joy. I was able to pack two jackets, three nicely ironed shirts, and all the rest of the things I needed for a long weekend. The bag is easy to use, and so strong yet light-weight.

I paid for express shipping as I wanted to use the bag for upcoming travel. Not only did I not receive the bag before my trip, but my emails (sent after the trip was over) asking for an update on my order went unanswered. It was only after I posted a comment on social media that someone responded.
I replied to the response, and again there was no communication or update provided. I took to social media (again) which created a response.
I did finally receive my items and have been using them. They seem to be holding up quality wise, as I am hard on bags. My hope is that the product will last considering the price.

The items I purchased like the rolling duffel bag and the other garment duffel are a must have for any well dressed person

My bag was sent out in a timely manner and I received it as promised by your company. Once I opened it the packaging was very nice and professional. The bag itself is everything I thought it would be. It is amazing quality and very practical for what I look for in a travel duffel. I just used it for a three day trip to Las Vegas and I was able to put 2 pairs of shoes, and 4 days of clothes including a suit in it. Plenty of room in there for all of my travel needs so much so that I didn’t have a need to check a bag in at the airport. Just my travel bag. You guys hit it out of the park with this one. Great job!!

After ordering and paying for express shipping, my order has not been dispatched post the maximum timeframe for express delivery.

Had a last minute wedding to go to, the company was able to get the bag to me in time. The bag it self was a awesome and worked as described. May have had a small wrinkle in my jacket, but some steam from the shower was able to get it out.

We received our two new duffels quickly - the quality is very good as they pack well and ride very stable on our carryon rollabord luggage.

Happy with the products I’ve ordered and received so far. Had an issue with one of the zippers on the travel duffle during a recent trip. Was able to make it. Waiting on and looking forward to my preordered travel duffle with wheels.
