Product fit all my needs, it was a bit confusing setting up the bag, bag did fit all my needs and was able to use as a carry on with no problems

Great product. All around durable luggage.

The product I purchased is extremely low quality. Also, the volume of spam I receive from them since I made the purchase is out of control. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away and don't give them your email address!

Cons:

1) The zippers are a bit on the cheap side – too small and not sturdy enough, so there is a big fear of them snapping.
2) It's hard to carry around compared to traditional check-in luggage with wheels. The bag can fit a lot of clothes and accessories, which is great, but that also means it's hard on the shoulders to carry around.

Pros:

1) You can fit a TON of clothes and accessories in this bag! Not having to check a bag is priceless. It fits perfectly under an overhead bin.
2) The shoe compartment is amazing – I actually fit TWO pairs of shoes in there.
3) There are tons of pockets on the side and outside of the bag. Love that.
4) The garment bag is a nice touch, and my suit jacket and pants were relatively unwrinkled after a day of travel. My dress shirt was a bit wrinkled
5) The price is fair, and customer service is great!

Overall: If the zippers were better and if there was a way for this bag to have wheels, it would be one of the best travel bags out there!

Bag has worked flawlessly. I’ve used it on two trips already (6 day & 3 day) and am flying out this week for another quick 4 day trip. I love the hanging section for nicer clothes and all the pockets for organization on the inside. Plenty of room once zipped up into duffle bag. This bag will fit more than you’d expect. My go-to travel bag from now on.

Unfortunately,

I never received my bag. I did receive the free travel kit bag. But my actual purchase did not arrive.

Concept is excelent. I wish the zippers were stronger and the lining not so close to the zippers. That lining wants to feed into the zipper for a blockage.

Customer service was exceptional, and return policies are very liberal and customer oriented. Great company to do business with.

Placed my order but no shipping information was available so I had no idea when the bag would arrive. Emailed customer service for status. No reply but the bag arrived the day before I needed it. The zippers are flimsy but with a little effort will work. Since I was going to a tropical climate so my bag was packed lightweight clothes for a brief trip. Nonetheless on my first use the strap broke at the clasp. This made the bag very annoying to get up and down narrow walk ways and resulted me in leaving my favorite water bottle at gate because my hands were full with my boarding bag and the strapless bag. I got back from my trip and emailed customer service. More than a week later still no reply hence my review. Go with any other company. Don’t waste your money.

I placed order for bag on 6/21 and still have not received it. You all said it was delivered, but I checked my ring door bell and no one is seen delivering the package. I have sent four emails without a response. I want a bag or I want my money back.

Your product broke the first time I used it. How embarrassing to pay decent money for a bag that falls apart and you have to carry it all day in the airport. Every single zipper broke. I have never seen such poor quality in a bag. Your company should be ashamed ripping people off like this.

The steamer I ordered was not as described. The instructions are also 100% in Asian, and could not read them. The steam was very slow and not very powerful.

As a pilot I have to move from hotel room to hotel room very frequently. This bag meets all my needs as well is easy to transition from hotel to hotel with as well as loading in and out of aircraft’s and Uber. Only thing I would love to see is the same bag in leather.

The products are good, the warehouse staff not so much. Their Customer Service is great and responsive. I have ordered twice from them now and this time I received the wrong product. CS says they are going to make it right so we will see.

This is the second review request I have received for a garment bag that I still haven't received yet. It has been 14 days since I placed the order. I just checked the tracking number, and is still shows that UPS is still waiting to receive the package. So, I still have no idea when I might receive my order. I have sent two emails to the company asking what is going on with this order. I received one response, that just said, check the tracking number. Very disappointed that I have not received my order yet and still have no idea when if ever I might receive it.
