I had Neogen Plasma treatment and whilst two of the three paid treatments were as expected, the third was undertaken by a different therapist who completed the laser treatment 20 mins sooner than the previous sessions. When questioned she said “therapists are different with hair removal” 😳 I wasn’t having hair removal. I also questioned if she had cross hatched the areas as it didn’t feel the same. It was obvious following the lack of results on the third treatment that it had not been carried out correctly. Their customer service is poor. I emailed the manager with details of my experience to give an opportunity to put it right and they haven’t had the decency to respond despite follow up. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic consultation appointment. Marisol is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the laser treatment I was looking for. She explained how the laser machine works and what to recommend treatment wise. The patch test went very smoothly and the whole experience was excellent. It was also great to meet Patricia (Clinic Manager) and I really enjoyed chatting with her and Marisol after the consultation. I felt very welcome at the clinic. The clinic is situated in a great location and looks very new and clean. The treatment rooms are very spacious. Looking forward to starting my treatment. I highly recommend Marisol and Modern Health Clinics.

Very beautiful place. I had my eyebrows done semipermanent ombre brows. Very happy with the treatment. Everithing went smoothly, clinic is very beautiful, staff very friendly. I forgot about eyebrow pencil now. Highly recomend. They do other treatments too, i consider to do a laser hair removal. Had a consultation about it. Newest technology laser.

I had a consultation in regards to my skin, I suffered from melasma for years. They recommend me Cosmelan and I am seeing the results and wow! Amazing! I really recommend Modern Health Clinics at Fenchurch Street. Patricia and her team are amazing! I am having Sculpt Pro and I can already see the diferences! I am always going on my lunch break! Super clean clinic and they have very welcoming atmosphere!

New facility which has taken over the old Moss Bross store. They had discounts available but that may be because they are new. Great results and will definitely consider them again.

I’ve been visiting another laser clinic in the area, but have not been overly impressed with the customer service, so I was pleased to see this clinic open and thought I would give it a try.  So glad I did, the therapist was friendly and professional and the price was quite a bit less than I was paying before
