I absolutely love Modsy! My designer has done a beautiful job helping me turn my space into my dream home.

I love this app! When you know what you want but can’t quite figure out how to make it happen, they send you designs that are exactly what you need!

I am highly pleased with the design of my open living room. Alexa attentively listened to my vision and gave me exactly what I envisioned.
I am in the process of purchasing the items over the next few months and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her choices of furniture and beautiful decor.
We built our new home two years ago, and made prior purchases. I just wished I found Modsy sooner.

I wasn't sure what to expect exactly when I started the process. I have to say my experience was great and better than I could have hoped for. Haley was great to work with and listened to my ideas. She then came up with a couple of perfect designs for me.

My designer has helped make my room functional and stylish. She listened to my suggestions. Overall, had a good experience and would suggest this to anyone who needs help decorating/styling a room!

I wish I was able to give two reviews. The design process is 5 stars all the way! I love my designer. She's great! Don't plan on purchasing any items from them. Three of the things that we purchased came damaged. If that wasn't bad enough. Once you report it to them, not much is done about it. It's been a week since I've let them know and still no resolution and I keep being told that they will get back to me but no one has gotten back to me. It's been a really frustrating experience. Your case gets assigned to one person. You can try to call or chat to get a live person but that person will only tell you that they will let the person assigned to your case know that you have contacted them. So if you get a crappy unresponsive person assigned to your case...you are stuck because no one else can help you with your case.

I loved every step of the process. Super easy and staff was very friendly. The designer listened to my concerns and created a beautiful design. Highly recommend Modsy!

This is great, I am a busy mom and wanted someone to do the planning for me. My designer was great in accommodating my needs with style. I would recommend this to anyone needing help with a layout.

I like the app, process and options. I don’t like that I can’t read about my designer or choose my designer like Havenly. In the end i felt like while my designer did a great job with layout and basics, completely missed the mark with my style and preferences. I made every attempt to purchase some of the things they recommended but a lot of the recommendations were from Crate and barrel which I felt was cheap and uncomfortable. I love the idea of online design from a value standpoint, but I probably will not use it again because Havenlys system is horrible and Modsy doesn’t really have my design preferences.

Modsy has been a truly great experience! My husband and I moved into our house 10 years ago and realized that we 1) had slowly collected stuff over the years that didn't really go together, and 2) that we had no idea how to incorporate our eclectic style and so had gone with a safe, traditional, restrained eclectic look that neither of us liked. After spending hours online looking for the perfect mix of stuff for our open living and dining areas, I decided it was time to invest in Modsy to at least save my sanity. Our designer was assigned to us quickly and did a fantastic job of taking our inputs, including any furniture we wanted to keep (Grandma's antiques), and turning them into a really fantastic living/dining setup that is far more functional and beautiful than anything we would've come up with in likely 10x the time. The time savings alone made Modsy well worth it for us. We just put in an order for our furniture and I will say some of it is less expensive than what you'd find elsewhere, even with Modsy's high shipping costs (I did have to calculate it to confirm). The shipping includes delivery into the home for most items, which is why it's high, but the Modsy discount usually means if you bought the item direct, it would be the same price and NOT include the nice, in-home delivery option. There are a few backordered, long-lead items, but we are ok waiting and they did confirm we were ok with it before the order was placed. Overall, I fully recommend Modsy and have already been giving gift cards has housewarming gifts.

It was like Jennifer read my mind! I have struggled with my living room since moving into this house 12 years ago. It's a bit small, oblong and I was dealing with 3 doorways, four windows and a non-negotiable piano.

The layouts that Jennifer proposed were worth the price of the service all on their own, and the beautiful designs she did are (a ton) of icing on the cake - she got my style exactly. I cannot wait to shop, implement her design and start spending time in that space!
