Update: once I made this review online I got a communication saying my bike had been sent. Received the cheapest bike in the range today. So wrong bike sent and now awaiting response again

After three years, I'm required to do an app update. After the update, my PURE scooter won't unlock. Absolutely awful. So, after three years, I can no longer use the scooter due to a bug in the PURE app. This is incredibly customer-focused. No solution was offered when I contacted customer service.

Super73 products are indispensable, given their unavailability in my locale, and thankfully, moevs stocks the necessary components. The prime advantage of moevs is their exceptionally rapid and superior shipping service. I'm actually compelled to procure another tire, so I will certainly be revisiting moevs; furthermore, the pricing is marginally more economical than purchasing directly from Super73, rendering it an undeniably excellent venue for conducting transactions.

Moevs eventually got in touch and explained this to me, and offered a partial refund, which was much appreciated. Van Moof needs a kick up the proverbial. Still, minus one star for Moevs because the email address listed on their website, 'netherlandseindhoven', is not valid and bounces.

Goods ordered. Should evaluate the purchase even though goods have not yet arrived. Then I got in touch with the service. As a result, a system error has been noticed. Now the part is supposed to arrive in a week. I don't know when I'll get the delivery. Sorry, but that's the reason for my bad review.

I unfortunately did not get what I expected, I ordered I ordered a Mate fucion in the picture on the website and in the description it was with gear but the one that was delivered was not and the only thing I could get in response was that the text and picture had been borrowed from somewhere else and the model that was sold in the eu was without gear ... that's really bad service

I ordered a charger the 24th of July - It's been over two weeks, and I havn't heard a thing abou it.
No tracking number, no estimated delivery date, nothing.
I've tried contacting them, but it does not seem possible (they havn't answered).
The money is drawn from my bank account.
Bad service, they do not guarantee what they sell you, if something breaks after a week, they will repair it for 6months

I had a frustrating experience with MOEVS store and their service center. My partner bought a scooter from them last year, and ever since, we have been dealing with multiple issues with the product.
Despite our continuous attempts to get the problems fixed, the service center has been consistently delaying the repairs and failing to provide a satisfactory solution. The consultant and assistant who have been handling our case, Brian, has been unhelpful and has only made the situation worse.
The issues with the scooter include problems with the GPS, maximum speed, battery, and range. We have been told repeatedly that these issues can be fixed, but after months of waiting, the problems still persist. The latest repair even resulted in the front light not working.
We have been patient and understanding throughout the process, but the lack of progress has been extremely frustrating. When my partner requested a refund, they were denied and told to wait for an upgrade to the scooter, which will take an unspecified amount of time.
In summary, our experience with MOEVS store has been disappointing. The level of service we received was unsatisfactory, and the product has yet to be fixed, even after several attempts. I would advise against purchasing from this store, as they have not lived up to our expectations as customers.

Behind the nice cover is a terrible service.
Sending is done by regular mail (Post NL), and the money is withdrawn as for the delivery of TNT or DHL.

The parcel was lost 3 weeks ago, and the support service advises to hope for the best.
You are out of your mind! In good companies, they do not control the delivery of the package until it reaches the buyer. But they don’t care, they earned 400% of the delivery and nothing bothers them now. For you to understand, the parcel cost 100€, and the delivery was 59€. Moreover, they do not indicate the delivery time at all.
On my offer to issue a refund, since the parcel could not be found, they did not answer at all.
If you cannot come to their office in case of a problem, it is better to use stores that respect and care about their customers' satisfaction.
