WATT Dublin ST: Aesthetic, comfy & great customer service
I've been using my WATT Dublin ST bike for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's truly been a joy to ride. <3 A special shout-out to Soeradj from customer care! He provided outstanding support with all my questions and repair requests. His help was invaluable and really made the difference in me recommending this company to my friends and family.
The Highlights:
Perfect for shorter riders: As someone who's 1.57m tall, I can confirm the medium sized bike is incredibly comfortable and well-suited for smaller individuals.
Stunning design: The bike's aesthetic is simply beautiful! I LOVE the colors. It's clear a lot of thought went into its appearance.
Dutch design practicality: Being a Dutch company, WATT understands the need for practicality. The chain guard/mud guard is a huge plus – a definite must-have for anyone who wears long dresses, skirts, or wide trousers, preventing snags and dirt.
Rides well without power: A major bonus is that the bike still rides smoothly even when the battery is depleted. You won't be stranded!
Ideal for commuting & city life: Whether it's for my daily commute to work or zipping around the city, this bike handles it all perfectly.
A Few Points to Consider:
Initial assembly glitch: On the very first day, the bike wasn't entirely securely assembled, and the mudguard unfortunately fell off while riding. However, Soeradj quickly arranged for me to get it repaired at a service point without any hassle.
Display issues: The display isn't the most aesthetically pleasing. A few months in, my display stopped working, making it impossible to tell if the screen was on or off. The good news is that WATT promptly sent a replacement, highlighting how easy it is to replace this part without lengthy repair or waiting times. I guess apart fron the aesthetics, it's actually a good alternative to the build in displays.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my WATT Dublin ST. As a Dutchie, having owned several bikes (both electric and regular) in the past, I can confidently say that I highly recommend WATT e-bikes to anyone in the market for a reliable and stylish electric bicycle.
