Still no response in 6 months

My unmigrated account got hacked, I tried to contact the support with all the informations needed, but I got no response in 6 months. This is unacceptable for a paid game.

Waiting since March for help from Customer Support.

I have waited since March for Minecraft Customer Support to help me with my issue. I can't login to my account, and when I ask for the password recovery email, it never arrives.
I have submitted the transaction ID and everything they have asked for and then heard nothing since. We are now in August and I still cannot login. Such a disappointment, given that Minecraft itself is such a great game.

EDIT: We are now in October, and I still have no heard from Mojang about my account.

EDIT2: I created a Twitter account on 04/10/2020 and tweeted them solely to get a response from their support Twitter handle, @MinecraftSupport. Lo an behold I had a response the next day allowing me to reset my password and access my account again.

I am grateful I am able to access my account again however I will still leave the rating as 1* because it took so long for something relatively simple to be resolved, and I had to Tweet them to get their attention in the end.

My account got stolen

My account got stolen, 14 months and counting to get it back, i give them transaction id, original mail, username...
Its the worst support teambfor a big company, this "support" should be exposed to everyone.

22 days and counting...

I requested a refund on the 17th (22 days ago) and they quickly accepted my refund request, however after 7 days I still had not received my refund, contacted them - it was extended to 10 days, still hadn't received it, extended to the 31st July, still hadn't received it extended to the end of this working week and apparently my refund has gone through? Well it's the end of the working week and I still haven't received it, if this wasnt a billion dollar company I would assume I'm being scammed. Awful service and I've got refunds in 3 days so why does it take a huge company more than 22 days to give you a refund?!

4 Months since i opened a ticket.

So, my account was hacked 4 months ago, and I opened a ticket to get it back. They ask for Transaction ID and Order ID (i have both). I sent them whatever they want, and I didn't got any response from them. It's been 4 months. And, as I saw, there're ppl that wait for more than 6 months. This is unreal.

DOES NO ONE CARE?

I cannot seem to get a response to my question. It has taken over 10 days to receive a single one-line email response which does NOTHING to address my problem. I just want to access my account and add a mod. That's all. Why is attentive customer support difficult? Who pays those bills? WHY can you not read the question and FULLY reply to it. Maybe even **open my account and look into what I am talking about. Will this review even be read? DOES NO ONE CARE?

Time gone and now final back.

After a total non response for month, they suddenly took it serious, and sent a reset for my hacked account.

Maj to July, to say it i like'd to give them 2 star but sense it worked so fast when i set it, i will say they know what they doing so +1 to be fair.

I was ready to abandon the game totally.
Ps. if someone have minor problems try out Discord, there is a lots of person ready to help you, that play Minecraft them self.

Taking way to long to respond

Waited 4 months (and still counting) for a response to my ticket. Absolutely trash. I've experienced better customer support on hacks for other games. This is a multi billion $ company too...

dogsh*t support

I accidentally changed my username and they the same thing over and over, "Mojang Support does not assist with gaining desirable usernames and we do not typically change usernames for players; this is done by clicking "Change" next to your username." This is infuriating me and i'll just wait the thirty days.

Garbage.

4 years of attempts at changing my now-disabled email which has just recently ended in my account getting recovered faster due to a bot that hacked it. Funny how illegal methods are much more straightforward and easy to pursue than the actual goddamn support. Stay away from this dumpster fire of a company.

Screwed a 6 year old.

We allowed my son to get Minecraft points almost two months ago. We let him get a package of 3100 coins for 19.99 USD. He received only 500 coins, but charged the credit card the full amount. We tried to contact Microsoft, but they directed us to Mojang customer support (of which there is none). Two months later, no word from them.

Support

Mojang support has ignored my attempts to reach out over a stolen account. I have followed their instructions exactly and still, over a month later have received no communication other than an automated email confirming that they received my request. This is unacceptable for a multi-billion dollar development company. Sadly, I have been a customer since 2013, and will likely not be able to receive a refund.

I'm talking to robots or something

I couldn't migrate my account (i have bought MineCraft in beta a long time ago), because i never thought my childhood email account and transactions for a game would become relevant somewhere in 2020. So i pressed to 'forgot email' button and was prompted to give a transactionID located in the said email account. It feels like a bad joke. This is how they reward honest and loyal people who helped spread the word when the game was fairly new.
I feel like i'm talking to robots. No effort is made to actually read the problem you have clearly explained in two emails nor to help you for that matter.
