I'm Cheryl Sprinkler, fully qualified (ETM Level 2) & insured. Celebrity wellness guru & High Priestess of DISCO. At the back end of the 1970s I was dancing on Top of the Pops when a guy called Marty McFly showed up in a DeLorean and whisked me off to the 1980s. There I started work as an aerobics instructor and in 1987 I was cryogenically frozen and have pretty much been defrosted every decade since, so my knowledge is broad, musical taste eclectic (spanning many eras) and skin as youthful and elastic as the day I was thawed. I've got your back and the key to getting your mojo back. So dig out your mix tapes and let's release your inner backing dancer. Two left feet welcome. You can join classes LIVE, online or on demand or book us for your hen, birthday, Christmas or leaving do. 4 year old birthday party joy
Cheryl hosted my 4 year old's birthday party in a local community hall and what a joyful, colourful and positive experience it was for everyone there. I cannot recommend her enough as a children's party entertainer. She offered me a variety of options over email when our communication began and tailored the party perfectly to the number of kids that attended and their ages. She brought her own PA system, fancy dress for the kids (which the adults may have enjoyed too), disco lights and all the retro glitz and glamour she brings to her fitness classes and silent discos etc. She arrived with plenty of time to set up before the party and was always quick at answering my many questions via email as the day of the party approached. I LOVE THIS WOMAN! We all need more Cheryl Sprinkler (AKA Mojo Moves) in our lives!

Mojo Moves is a Wonder Drug
I recommend Mojo Moves to anyone and everyone, emphatically and wholeheartedly. I attend Cheryl's classes whenever I possibly can (which is sadly not enough at the moment), and every single time I leave feeling better, more joyful, more connected to myself, and that I've done something excellent for both my outsides and my insides. The effect that it has is remarkable. Thank goodness for Mojo Moves.

Giggle while you jiggle!
Before Mojo, I had never thought that it was possible to combine having a giggle and sing-a-long with a proper workout, but it is! It always cheers me up, or as we like to say - I get to reclaim my mojo from the universe. Recommended for all fitness levels.
