Molchanovs: declared false value for customs, no commercial invoice, non-existent customer service
I ordered a CORE Mask for $45 with $60 shipping to EU (total $105).
The parcel came from China and was falsely declared at 4.32 EUR with no proper invoice ever sent to me. So customs are holding it.
When I contacted Molchanovs support, they only sent slow, generic automated replies and repeatedly asked for the same screenshot of the Chinese postage I had already sent them three times.
Days later, after a lot of back-and-forth with Molchanovs' support over technical issues on their side (missing email attachments and not working embedded PDF links), I received a Chinese “invoice” showing 5 USD total with no vendor/sender details which renders it invalid.
This leaves me in a position where I would have to knowingly submit paperwork that seriously understates the value of the goods to customs + forge a proof of purchase for a matching sum, which I’m not willing to do.
So, my parcel is still stuck at customs, I still don’t have a correct paperwork.
Overall, it's not worth it. Poor handling, huge waste of time and very frustrating experience.

I ordered a monofin online as a gift. Got a swift reply order in process. Then I realized I ordered the wrong size! No problem! The company is responsive! The fin came in days (not weeks). It is perfect. I am getting another for me!

great experience and top product
I had a very good experience and received fantastic service, despite the fact that I initially ordered the wrong size silicone training monofin! The website clearly states that you should order your regular shoe size — but I didn’t, simply because I was unsure. When I measured my feet, they fell somewhere between size 38–39 and 40–41 for the monofin (even though I usually wear size 40 or 40.5 shoes).
To cut a long story short: I ordered a monofin in size 38–39, but it was too tight. When I contacted Molchanov’s customer service, their response was not only quick, polite, and helpful — they were also kind enough to send me a size 40–41 replacement even before my return shipment reached their warehouse.
From this experience, I can confidently say one thing: the product is top-notch, and so is the service. Thank you for your trust and outstanding support. I’m going to enjoy this monofin and will definitely be back!

My first mono
My first mono. With the size chart and some recommendations (one size down), the size was perfect. The mono requieres technique, and my flaws was evident with the mono, so for training and technique is perfect.
Why not five?, Could a little bit larger (but maybe the intention is to be short), but on the other side, was a lot of easier to carry

It’s challenging to order from molchanov lately. I’m charged 100% in duties and trains in Canada to get my gear.
Then there is the repeated issue of shipping. It’s always late.
